I know most people only do reviews when they have a bad experience, so maybe that's why the rating is low, but I can say that I... have never had a bad experience. The staff at Bethel are always so nice and personable. The delivery drivers are fantastic!We've never had a delivery take more than an hour, even on Superbowl Sunday and they are always so friendly. The first year of this place being open, the service was great! Nothing was ever wrong and food was always on time. But... recently, I'd say the last 5 months, have been the complete opposite of great service. Whomever regularly makes the pizzas nowhas messed up our order every single time the last 6 times we have ordered. Missing toppings, under cooked food, wrong crust,just poor service all together. Comes down to taking your time and READING the order receipt word for word as you're going alongmaking the pizza. Read more
Don't understand why so many bad reviews but maybe some are from competitors. Guy on the phone was new but was courteous and... knowledgeable. Pizza was delivered quickly and everything was fresh and hot. Thanks! Read more
I thought Dominos in Bethel was bad. Well today the PJ?s in Bethel made Dominos look like gourmet pizza! The order was done... fairly quick, but the pizza was handed to us NOT EVEN CUT!!! And was doughy to boot! Even above that, when my wife went inthere was one person outside take their ?smoke? break, and was not even greeted when entering the store. One was playing ontheir phone and did not acknowledge and the other said nothing as well. Was handed the pizza and I think 3 words were exchangedin total. Bad bad bad. This place was amazing when it opened for about a month or two. The last couple orders have not been a good experience. The... pizza we ordered today was not only barely above room temperature, which the delivery lady stated was from the delay caused byher car breaking down, and was understandable. We heated it in the oven at 350 for 5 minutes and found that pizza is doughy anddefinitely under cooked. The crust was not risen as it should be. We got the pizza in a little over an hour. The time is not theissue. The issue is receiving undercooked food, especially when you have kids under 3. That is completely not okay. My son hadalready ate the bulk of his piece before we found this. We will not be ordering from this location anymore and will notrecommend it to others. The first order we got when they opened was amazing!!! Every order since has been terrible!! The pizza is undercooked. We... thought because we tried the stuffed on our second order, nope. Regular pizza orders since are floppy. Even when we ask forextra bake. It has been a severe let down since I loved Papa's back home in Athens ohio. Poor cooks. The phone rings twice and you're speaking with a person, the manager is great and the pizzas are amazing. We tried the wings,... and to be honest, they weren't bad but if you pop them in the air fryer for a few minutes they'll get that good crisp.
