I went here a few months ago and ordered probably the simplest thing possible: one scoop of vanilla in a cake cone. When I went... to pay for it, I was asked by the cashier, "Would you like to add a tip for service?" which totally caught me off guard andreally shocked me, as I have never been blatantly asked for a tip before. I worked in food service during high school and neverexpected tips, they were always just bonuses from really nice customers, but to be asked for one was not polite at all and wasjust really poor business etiquette. Of course I then felt compelled to tip and did, although I instantly regretted it, becauseI had not done so out of my own good will, but rather based on the request from the employee. Read more

Love their homemade hard ice cream. I have tried at least 10 flavors and none have disappointed. They have some cool sundae... choices for kids too that have fun toppings like a whole dinosaur cookie or gummy worms on top. Read more
