Place has gone downhill. placed an online order today. waited among a line of cars, about 20-25 minute; could hear staff... talking within restaurant. pulled away and passed the drive thru window--no one to be seen, must have been hiding in thebreakdown. I know fast food work sucks but there is a dignity to all work; take your time but at least try. on top of that,the app was acting funny and who knows if I will get a refund. Read more

Always slow. Food orders always either cold or incorrect. You roll the dice on that one. Management is poor at best. It should... be leveled and replaced with a better fast food choice. Updated 9-30-22 McDonalds was cash only and we were hungry so we wenthere. Last time for me. Ordered 2 of the bacon king meals with just cheese and bacon. Yeah got this when we got home andopened it. The lady was pi$$ed she wanted to close and the owner or management wouldn?t let her. No excuse to make the foodwrong. Best part I have called and left a message and they will not return my call. I just want my money back for food we threwaway. Read more

Never? EVER order from this place! Slow service, no ice, drinks were watered down and no carbonation in it what so ever. Don?t... let me start on my order! I asked for a triple whopper with bacon and everything but no bun and no ketchup. I got 3 patties anda strip of bacon!!! Awful service. Never again! Read more

Big sign says open late! Employee cars were in parking lot, lights on inside. Watched 8 cars leave after waiting 10-15 minutes,... at 830pm. No one took orders, could not see anyone inside, even though it was open.... Read more

Don't say your lobby is open when I come today at 10 AM and am shooed away by a window washer, although it appears the drive... thru might have been closed too. Kinda defeats the purpose of putting out breakfast coupons in the first place but at least mygirlfriend was spared getting burnt from coffee this time. Last time I came here, they were closed due to "computer issues",makes me wonder why they don't just close permanently. Seems like it would be good riddance at this point.. Read more

The Woman at the Drive threw was so nice! She is very much customer service oriented! Beautiful voice for the drive threw! This... is the Bethel Park location, she made eye contact, smile, a genuine smile, said hello, have a nice day.....these are qualitiesthat you need for customer service, she was engaging! At the drive threw!Very patient" I added to my order at the end" Thenumber on my receipt is 012789, order 75, she was so nice and you knew it was genuine. She gave you a good feeling! This seemsto be extremely rare! She is management material, who knows she may have been and if not, she deserves to be! Thank You for apleasant experience at a drive threw. Read more

Good Lord!!! The SLOWEST drive through I've EVER been to!! I ordered online so I could just swing through the drive through and... pick it up. Little advice, make sure you choose pick up inside! I got there with only 4- cars in front of me(2-3 at the pickupwindows and 2 at/before the ordering speaker). It took 30+, yes THIRTY PLUS, minutes to get to the speaker, tell them I had anonline order, and then get to the 2nd window. Oh and in that 30 minutes, the order wasn't even finished yet!!! At least 8-9cars said screw it and got out of line and left. I will NEVER visit this horrendous Burgers King again! At this rate, they onlyserve about 12-13 cars per hour in the drive through, which is pathetic for a fast food place. Good luck to anyone who goeshere!! Keep your fingers crossed!!! This is the one fast food place that is always solid every time I go there. There was a bit of a line the last time we went,... didn?t really bother me, but when we finally went to order + get our food the young guy working the window was SO kind!! I feltbad he was apologizing multiple times for the wait, it wasn?t his fault!! He even asked if there was anything extra he could doto make up for it.
