Inconsistent at best. Staff is nice and friendly it they are often apologetic. We try to hit this place often and they... frequently don?t have donuts or it?s a very limited supply of them. I was there today and they were good to go and then twoweeks ago on a Sunday at 10 am they had 2 options and limited inventory of that option. Just be prepared for hit or miss. Read more
I very, VERY rarely give low reviews, but I?m just really over this Dunkin. Save your time and go to the South Park Road or 88... one. Today, we ordered drinks and food to walk in and pick up. We get there and the door is locked?? We?ve been sitting in thisdrive-thru line for well over 20 minutes and still aren?t close to the window. Update- My iced coffee doesn?t even have any iceleft in it, the food was pretty cold, and they tried to charge us again even though we paid on the app. Read more
Went to the store on a Saturday morning at 10:20 AM. Cars wrapped around the parking lot. One donut on the shelf and maybe one... person working. What?s the point you might as well shut down. Front door locked couldn?t even get inside the building and get acoffee. Stupid Read more
It was slow and they got my order completely wrong, but the teenagers working there were nice, patient and professional. It was... Saturday morning and very busy, but no franchise owner in sight. I'm sure the workers would appreciate the owners presence attimes like that! Read more
My go-to Dunkin. My order is always ready on time. My only complaint is that there's not a shelf inside for mobile order pickups... like other Dunkins. The orders are always behind the counter and you just have to stare at them from afar trying to get aworker's attention. The other day, one of the workers said "You know you can just grab your food. You don't have to wait." butlike come on dude, I'm not going to reach over the counter. Oh and the parking lot is pretty rough if it's busy. So twocomplaints I guess. Read more
Today's trip was not as expedient as usual. Looked to be 6 or 7 workers inside; however, the upon arrival at the drive through... had to wait an additional 5 minutes for the donuts to be packaged and the 2 Ice teas poured. There were two other orderssetting at the window. Just a bit confused. Read more
My breakfast sandwich was so burnt and my drink was filled an inch from the top. Never consistent at dunkin.
