A little on pricey side, but who isn't these days? Philly cheese steak was super delicious!
Unfortunately part of my pick up order got switched but was still pretty good. Ordered a hot #56 cheesesteak and instead got a... cold #14 veggie sub. Great food. great service. This place blows subway out of the water. All the cold cuts sliced fresh in front of you, straight... onto your sub. As far as subs go can't get much better than Jersey Mike's. Read more
First time I went. Go in and give my order. Workers then decide to stand around and be complacent. Once O gave my order people... were just doing their own thing doing mobile orders. I figure it takes time so I go to the register. Noone is there so I havezero clue what they're doing. Usually you pay or something??? Only one person was there and not doing my order despite not beingbusy. After 15 minutes of pure waiting I finally get my order and then pay as they finally go to the register. I?m a delivery driver that just picked up an order here. Often, items are missing from our orders from other restaurants. Uber... tells us to verify that all items are present. When I recieved the bag, it felt almost empty so I wanted to check that thechips were in the bag. I peaked in the corner, making sure not to break the seal created by stickers. While doing so, the OWNER,Mike, began to say ?mam.? I looked behind me to see who he was talking to and he proceeded to raise his voice and yell ?mam?louder. He then, with a raised voice, stated that I was allowed to open the bag. I said that I wasn?t. That I was making sure itwas all there. He said ?Well it?s all in there. You can?t open the bag.? I reiterated that I wasn?t opening it but that I wantedto double check. He again snapped that everything was in the bag. I?ve delivered for over 4 years and I?ve never received thiskind of service. I?ve also never had a manager, let alone an owner, speak to me the way that Mike did. It was excessivelyinappropriate considering we are told to verify that items are present and even upon asking employees and being told everythingis there, often times they are completely wrong. I will not be returning to this location for myself or my customers. The?owner? needs more training on how to appropriately handle customers and how to speak to them. This was ridiculous. Read more
Sept 6 ,2018 stop in this location for first time I was impressed with service/ on point & subs where excellent . I order #17... jersey mikes famous philly which i highly suggest . reward program is great because they will send email for free sub & drink.Decor is comfortable with a unique look. Went to this location for the first time since it opened in Bethel Park. It was brought to my attention after walking in what... was good that I should order a #12 which is not on the menu, it is roast beef and salami, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions.Sandwich is huge if you order the larger of the two sizes, a sandwich that will easy last two days. Overall the restaurant wasspotless clean, staff was friendly and the sandwich I had was very good. I'll be back. Read more
