All this food for right about $100.00.... they did forget to the gravy....
Went through drive through ordered 2 can dine for 10.99 and an extra breast. Got no breast and no Biscuits. Tried call store 4... times and they never answered. Would not recommend this store to anyone Read more
Very disappointing based on two visits. I went through drive-thru both times, with similar problems both time. First time - -... very skimpy, half portions on sides. Mashed potatoes and french fries were barely half full. Got a very nice response fromfranchisee with a certificate, so I gave it another shot. Second visit: short on number of chicken pieces (10 vs 14 I ordered)and wrong side (cole slaw vs the fries I ordered). I give up. No one else was in line at the drive thru and there was oneperson in the store at 6:20 PM on a Sunday evening. It should not be this hard to get a basic order correct, especially becausethere are only six options for sides and I ordered three of the six. Read more
I had been getting a two for one chicken sandwich deal every few weeks for several months now via the KFC feedback site on the... receipt. Things were going well with this regimen until a few weeks ago when I thought it odd that I was not permitted the dealwhen purchasing a sandwich meal as my "buy one" so I purchased just the sandwich instead and was then permitted to use thecoupon receipt for the free sandwich (Simple math says I would have spent more money had I been permitted to include the meal asthe "buy one.") Fast forward another two weeks and I purchase a chicken sandwich and a large fry in the drive thru. I presentthe coupon receipt and get the free second sandwich and the total is still over $10. Extremely surprised, I ask for thebreakdown and am told that the large fry is $4.79?unfathomable. I was also shorted $1 change but didn't realize it until I wasdown the road a few blocks and I wasn't provided a receipt this time either. The old adage that nothing is free holds true atthis KFC. This is truly outrageous and I don't see this KFC lasting once the Popeye's Chicken is built approximately onefootball field away. Even better is the Chik Fil A a little bit further away, but better quality, attitude and customerappreciation. I'm another former customer that will not be returning to KFC. Best staff and quality I have ever seen!
Ordered online, git a bucket meal for the family. It was a good amount of food for the price, even if the sides seemed a tad... small. May order an extra 1 or 2 next time, and less chicken. The place was clean, the order was perfect, the staff was allsmiles when I picked up. They asked me my name when I was 1 step in the door. Thw food was great after a 15 minute ride home,would ha e probably even been better right there in the restaurant. Great comfort/nostalgia trip! Read more
Ordered a famous bowl and got famously horrible food after the 10 minute drive thru wait. Looks like they made this bowl at 12pm... and served it to me at 6pm. Won?t be going back if this is what my money gets me. Read more
