We dined in. They no longer have a drink station. They bring the food to your table. Ours took over 30 minutes and some people... there were waiting even longer. My sandwich came without the bacon and we got no straws for our drinks. They had one personbringing food out, she looked to be about 14 years old. I flagged her down and asked for straws she brought back one ( we hadtwo drinks ) then ignored me the rest of the time we were there. App always says closed when you arrive with your mobile order but they were able to find it. Now tonight i got a straight raw... double qp. Sadly Not this first time this has happened. Guess be ready to disassemble your food in the drive thru before pullingoff if your going to eat here or you will be stuck driving back and forth ???? Read more
Well.. the drive thru girl took forever to get back to me for about 2-3 mins. Paid, got no receipt or acknowledged. Pulled up... and was acknowledged. Very slow service and workers were kinda rude. This was my first time and my last time to go to thatlocation. Read more
They recently remodeled it, but that doesn't fix the bad employees. I was half way home when I decided to reach in the back and... eat some fries, but they forgot the fries. Seriously it's not that hard to just look at the order before you give it to someone.It's not worth driving back for fries, I'll just know not to go there again Read more
It feels weird giving McDonald's a good rating, but they deserve it. I have never had an issue with the service or the food here... at this location. That said, the employees don't seem too friendly, but as long as the food tastes good, I don't really care! Read more
The very rude lady at the ordering counter forced me to order a large beverage when I insisted I only wanted a medium one. My... granddaughter ordered a cheeseburger Happy meal and they conveniently forgot the burger part of the burger. Our Big Macs onlyhad one slice of cheese instead of two where they have at every other McDonald's and the patties on the Big Macs were so small.They were like a piece of pepperoni on a hamburger bun. I think they intentionally leave the burgers off of the children'sburgers. Hoping that they won't notice and taking advantage of the young kids. Not the first time I had a horrible experiencehere but it was years ago and I thought I would give it another try because it's local and convenient but not worth it at all. Ihave complained about other McDonald's being the worst mostly in the inner cities but none can compare to being the worst asthis one in bethel Park owned by Rice enterprises. Back in November of 2018... This has got to be the worst McDonald's in the area. My last visit- Half a container of overdone... fries with no salt. The sandwich was sort of put together. Order thrust at me and I said thanks and she just walked away. Thisis typical service for this store. I go there occasionally just to see if anything has changed. Feb 2019 The people were reallynice today. Maybe cleaned house and hired new people? Burger was a bit rough but my fries were full! And the workers were verypleasant. Raised my waiting from 1 to 3. I use the mobile app to order and every time I go to this location there is an issue. Last night, I checked in on the app at... 6:47pm for curbside. There was another car in curbside. They got their order but we never got ours. Went to go inside thestore at 7pm and all the doors were locked! By this time, the app was showing our order had been picked up but we never receivedit and there was no one else in curbside. I decided to go through the drive thru to get it and we waited and waited and waitedin line. In total, I spent 45 minutes waiting to get 2 happy meals. When I finally got to the window, they had no record of myorder. This location should not offer all the services in the mobile app, if they cannot provide those services. I alsodiscovered that they close the in-store dining at 7pm, hence the locked doors, so everyone is forced to use the drive thru,making the wait times considerably longer.
