Will never order from cool springs location again. We order at 9:40 on the website. It let me order. No issues. Other companies... know how to program their app to stop taking orders. We were already in the parking. They saw us.. open sign was on. When wewent into pick up. They said we can't make it. We need time to clean and can't stay late. The app was only open, because wedidn't close the credit card machine. They had the order with a phone number and could have called. They did not. Could havecome out to the car.. did not.. If they would have; we could have made other plans like fast food or Giant Eagle. Witheverything closing at 10pm we had no other options. Why make someone wait unnecessarily? That is just rude. If the owner/managerwants then out at 10pm on the dot. That is ok.. BUT change the app/website or teach customer service. This is why their was anorder call center. So things like this didn't happen. Had dinner there last night, I got a pepperoni and red onion pizza. I failed to compliment the staff before leaving, but I must... say that was one of the best pepperoni pizzas I've ever had!!! Read more
Ordered two pizzas with bread stick bites with two extra ranch dipping sauces. Opened the pizzas and they weren?t even cut, come... to find out the ?ranch? was actually icing dipping sauce, bottom of pizzas were still doughy. Complete lack of care by the staffand won?t be going back. Moral of this review, check your sauces, have your own pizza cutter on hand and pre heat your ovens,basically don?t go here. So happy we moved closer to a vocellis!! I?ve ordered from here a few times - once for pick up and two others for delivery.... Pickup was smooth and delivery has always been super fast. The food is delicious but the wait time is always absurd. I did pick up yesterday so we didn?t have to wait for delivery and it... was still 45 minutes. I saw they weren?t wearing gloves when preparing the food and asked them about it. They said they don?twear them when making the food (I saw bare hands making a pizza and touching chicken tenders) but do wear gloves after it?s beencooked and they?re packing it up. Gross. We won?t be ordering from here again. Read more
Utterly disappointing. I called a day prior to ask if I could have pizza delivered to my son's school at 11:20. They assured... me they could, took my order and money and did not deliver the pizza until after 12. When I called to find out where the pizzawas, I was told that no one should have assured a delivery at 11:20. 11:45 was the earliest unless someone told them and theywould have come in early. The manager's resolution to me was to cancel the order (which the kids were sitting there hungry,waiting) or that "she didn't know what I wanted her to do". I will never order from here again. So disappointed. Waited 50 minutes for a sandwich and a lunch special spaghetti. There were on other customers in the store so... they must have had many orders to fill because I watched him do 8 pizzas. There was no apology or explanation. Read more
