This menu was designed by a chef who gets me. Instead of meat, a thick disk of delicious tomato or even better, exquisitely... pickled beet on a gorgeous roll with fresh, beautiful veggies is what I always want but who serves that? Beefsteak is namedafter the tomato. The food is fresh and so delicious. Try the kale and cucumber drink - very refreshing and very green and notbitter at all. My husband and son are a fan of their Chipotle mayo. It does have an awesome smoky flavor. Worth trying on their Beet Burger.
