While usually their salads are good, if I?m paying nearly 15$ for a salad then I want it done right. I don?t think I?ve had an... order from here that hasn?t had something missing from it. Also the quantity of any additional ingredients you specify can beminuscule. I could barely see any feta cheese in my recent order, and my request for extra cherry tomatoes gave me 2 cherry tomscut into quarters. So overall, expensive for what you get. I had unfortunately came to the wrong location picking up an order, and was dismayed when I realized at the last part of my... break would be spent driving 12 minutes towards the next location. That was when a team member there, Leslie was so graciousenough as to prepare my food here. I was really taken care of especially when I was short for time. Average salads and pricey. They forget my dressing on the side every time I order online. The panko breaded chicken is... completely flavorless; I wish they offered salt and pepper as an option when ordering. I prefer Sweetgreen salads ($1-2 cheaperand way more flavor) but Chopt is close to work so I probably order it once a month. It?s a nice clean service oriented place to grab a salad or even a warm bowl. Been a few times and service is consistent. ... Salads are made to order. Menu choices are a safe bet and a la carte make your own is available. Parking is vast and thislocation is busy most of the time. Will return to enjoy a healthier food options. Read more

New Update 10/9/18: They've returned the clear salad bowls to the regular size, so I'll return my rating to the original... state. Update 1/3/18: They shrunk the bowls by 60% and kept the price the same. Today's my last visit until they return to theoriginal bowl size. Original Post: I had the Mexican Cesar Salad and replaced the tortillas with croutons. Added a mixture ofthe balsamic vinegar sauce with the hot n honey sauce. Very yummy! I am quite disappointed as this has been the worst and most disrespectful customer service I have ever experienced. If I could... mark zero stars, I would. The young man who took my order literally threw the ingredients in the bowl haphazardly and slammedthe bowl on the counter, as if he was angry at the salad bowl for some reason. He just blankly stared as I read off the menu,not even a greeting. This was the most disrespectful attitude for no reason at all. My order was simple and straightforward. Ido not even care that I was not greeted; I am most appalled by the disrespectful attitude while preparing my order. I would nothave been surprised if he threw it at my face. From the way my food was handled, I would also not be surprised if they have foodsafety violations or if I get sick. There is no hygiene nor care when handling orders here. Moreover, the workers startedsnickering about my order as if I could not understand what they were saying. The ingredients were minimal and not even fresh,the greens were heavily browned. Where is the quality? Nowhere. Not in the food, but most of all not in the staff. I know thatwe all want to go home after a long day at work, but this was beyond human decency.
