I got the harvest bowl which comes with chicken...it tasted like Vienna sausages lol. All in all it was an ok healthier option.

Placed an online order, walked there, picked it up, brought it back, and there is no dressing at all on the salad. The label on... the bag clearly states Smokey Bacon Russian, but the salad is totally dry. It's chopped and mixed, but totally dry. I had notime to be able to replace this or to be able to go get another one. How do you miss the dressing!!!! Read more
Slowest Chopt I?ve ever been to. Sunday evening and the two employees working can?t handle the in-house orders AND the delivery... orders. I should?ve just went to Sweetgreen. There was no time update or any sort of warning of a delay. That level ofinconsideration is my reason for never returning. Read more
This location is good - everything in the order was fresh and done to order. It's not dirty cheap but it's above basic fast... food. If you have a DoorDash pass, 3 salads with extras would set you for about $40 (If you are ordering delivery add tip ontop) Really good location. Read more
I like Chopt food a lot. However their delivery is very shaky. In my most recent order of 4 salads 1 was the completely wrong... salad. It contained a protein item [double] that I cannot eat. Despite delivery directions that sated "ring door bell button"the bag was left at my door early and I had no idea it was there. The manager credited me for wrong salad but refused todeliver the correct salad. On other orders either the delivery was never made or delayed calls reported they were out ofcertain items, etc etc. Read more
