I picked up my order here at 830 on Thursday august 18 and I hope managers see this because the gentleman who brought me my... pizza was phenomenal. I handed him a tip when he gave me my pizza and he thanked me and walked away. Then he turns around andreturns to a man who was sitting on the curb who the dominos worker thought needed help and he offered the man his tip. It wassuch a genuine and wholesome interaction. I've just had a total nightmare trying to order my pizza. No matter what I how many times I tried to order my $7.99 special... deal, the bill came up as $17.96. No bargain there. I had to cancel the order 5 times. I'm hoping it worked this time. Read more
Great the first time I ordered. Second time, I bought ranch dressings, a pizza, and 2 Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches. The driver... called to apologize about forgotten dressings and I didn?t mind. Before i begin let me say one thing I have been ordering from this place from past 4 years now. I ordered today order no #Order... #: 1211 Date: 05/27/2020 7:16PM hoping to get my favorite pizza but on the contrary the base seemed uncoooked. Half of the pizzawas missing topings. Amidst this pandmic the basic hygine was missing, no gloves, no mask. I would have declined the order buthad already paid. Ordered a pizza circa 9:55pm. By 10:38pm, still no pizza. Online tracking said that the pizza was inspected at 10:08pm. So, it... was sitting around for 30minutes. Called the store and had to wait a long time for someone to pick up. He did not sound veryconcerned that pizza was sitting around for 30min. Delivery process sounded chaotic. Not good! Read more
I placed the order. 15 minutes later I arrived at the store to pick it up. I could not finy anybody there. 10 minutes later... somebody appeared and slowly started preparing my order. I arrived home and only then I noticed that the order was wrong. TheDomino?s staff did not even prepared it well, it was simple, just cheese and bacon. Worse of all, never got an apology or asorry. Returning customer, ordered pizza, wings, cinnamon twists & salad on different occasions- food is always fresh and tasty... I... accidently ordered a pizza for carryout (meant delivery) and w/o sauce- they were very understanding & comped me a pizza.However, once I encountered an older male delivery man and before I could count my total (as he failed to give me a receipt) hedemanded a tip.. Then when I turned my face up at him & explained that no tip amount is required, it?s based on service, hestormed off and scoffed under his breath.
