You would think that breakfast sandwiches are the same in any Dunkin. They are not! They are much better here! The lady making... them is absolutely the best! Read more

I really do not like leaving bad reviews for businesses, but this place has gotten really bad. I work close in the area and it... is convenient, but has gotten to the point where I do not even want to attempt to try and order coffee from here. I have had togo back multiple times because they have messed up mobile pick up orders. Last week, and a few times before this, in theafternoon, I ordered a medium decaf caramel coffee. It had no caramel in it, so I walked back over to have a different associateremake it. I told her what I ordered and that it did not have any caramel, she then proceeded to tell me that they ran out ofcaramel that morning... So, the guy who made it for me just decided not to put it in the coffee, which is terrible for businessand inconvenient to guests. And NOT what I ordered or paid for. Just this morning I ordered a large caramel macchiato andwatched them make it. An older guy was making it, and of course making it wrong, so I called him out on it and he got rude withme. I just tasted it here at work and it taste terrible. They either need more training or new management. I am going to lookinto the other coffee shop that is local here on Elm street around the corner. In my quest to find perfection, the Holy Grail of all Dunkin Donuts -- the vanilla cream-filled donut, which has been my... favorite for the past 50 years -- and after trying the ones offered at Rockville Pike, Gude Drive, Cordell Ave., and, even theupper NW DC Wisconsin Ave. locations, the best, softest, most delicious vanilla cream-filleds are at the Elm Street, Bethesdastore. All other stores either didn't fill the cream from the outer puff to the donut center, which they're supposed to do, orthe donuts weren't soft or tasty. So, either the chefs weren't trained properly or the store owners/managers don't know what'sgoing on, what they're doing, or are intentionally skimping on the cream to save money. I'll stick with the Elm Street locationfor the from now on. Read more

They need to pay more attention to online/delivery orders. Especially when Uber eats only give you $5 when Dunkin messed up an... entire 3 meals. I should not have half a sausage on a croissant sandwich and the wrong cheese when its clearly stated. Stopbeing lazy and PAY ATTENTION! Read more
