Located next to the metro station, below the stairs. The staff was awesome and polite.

It's your average Dunkin, often poorly supplied and staff take their time to attend you but the food and coffee's have been ok... in terms of quality. You get what you pay for. Read more

There's a Hispanic woman who always knows my order and is amazing. This is by the best Dunkin I have ever been to.

I have come to expect a lower level of quality from DD. They never fail to unimpress. Usually it is cleanliness or attitude... or outright stale donuts. The main thing this time was a poor selection of donuts. Maybe at 11AM they figure the demand isgone so no need to stock the shelves? The other thing that annoyed me was the actual physical size of the donuts. It used tobe that 12 would fit in the box with no room to spare. Now 12 allows for lots of free space. If that proves to be true again, then I will know they are pulling a trick to lower the size and keep the price the same and I probably will stop buying them. In the meantime, the ones I got were good and satisfied my sweet tooth. Read more

The quality of the food here is awful, especially considering what you have pay for it. And the person preparing it is kind of... rude and obviously doesn't care about what they're doing. The donuts are $1.25 each, which is more than double what you pay formuch better food and service elsewhere, and they just sort of drop them in the bag. They don't separate them with paper or tryto keep them right side up, or even all facing the same way. It's almost $4 for a bacon egg and cheese and the way it's made isinconsistent. You *might* get two strips of bacon, you might get one, about 50/50 in my experience. Either way it won't becooked very well. Read more

Pretty good place by the Bethesda Metro. It was freezing so it was just the place I needed to go to warm up. I asked them about... their hot chocolates and they were nice enough to give me samples. I ordered ham and cheese wrap. $2 for 2 pieces. It tastedgood enough. Read more

The only reason I go to Dunkin (and this location in particular) is because of convenience. This store is attached to my office... and I walk past it from where I park every morning. I have always preferred Starbucks to Dunkin Donuts, and this location hascontinuously proven that the Dunkin is far inferior to Starbucks when it comes to customer service. This store has messed up myorders more times than I can count, and they are SO SLOW. I use mobile ordering pretty frequently, I order and take my timemaking my way down to the store, but most of the time I still have to wait for a while for my order to be ready. Also, if youorder a donut with your mobile order you either don't get it and have to ask for it, or the paper is stuck to the donut andtakes all of the frosting off when you try to peel it off. In contrast, the baristas at the Starbucks in the Hyatt know my nameand know my drink, and sometimes they have it ready when I reach the register to pay. Today was definitely the last straw, willnot be frequenting this store anymore. Read more
