Five Stars ????? The workers are always helpful and pleasant. Sometimes it's hard to decide from all the available toppings for... your burger. If you haven't tried a burger and fries from Five Guys you must. Remember to ask for the seasoned fries. Thislocation is easy to get to and parking is great. You just have to avoid all the Home Depot traffic. Look for the post officeside of the parking lot and enter and exit from that end of the parking lot. I have never noticed this location to be crowded.I think the fries are cooked in peanut oil. ???? They taste great, but if you have a nut allergy stay clear. Enjoy! Read more

Where to start, would have chosen zero stars if I could. Pure disappointment from the beginning, progressively getting worse... each minute inside this restaurant. First off, 11$ for a burger? Are you joking! Reading the awards on the walls seem to have nocorrespondence with this restaurant?s food. Cheapest and juiciest? Since when was the definition of juicy, drought dry? Left mescouring for water back and fourth every bite I took into my burger. And to top it all off, the customer service was trulyatrocious; if you could even call this customer ?service?. What?s the point of having a receipt if they forget everything onit..? I?m sorry to say since I?ve loved five guys since I was a child but I will NEVER be coming back to this ?restaurant?. Read more
On the plus side, the food actually tasted quite good and it was prepared pretty quickly. The restaurant had lots of space for... seating and that's always a good thing on the not quite as plus side - I think 10 bucks for a double hamburger is a bit pricey,and the meat will tend to make the bun soggy after 3 or 4 minutes. That's not something that I prefer. The fries, are very goodhowever - only order a small fry. Why is this? Because whatever fry you order they almost double the order so you get way morefrench fries than you ever expected. Anybody that buys a large french fry can have an entire meal on the order. And that $5 andsomething for fries, it's expensive. But I can at least you get a whole lot of them. All in all it was not bad but when twopeople are spending $26 for a hamburger meal that's a little bit expensive in my book but again, at least it tasted good. Read more

We love Five Guys! We are a family of 6 (3 under 10), so order burgers for everyone and a large fries, and usually have... leftovers. The shakes are absolutely a must have as well, our kids love the Oreo shake while I get coffee. I like the variety ofshakes and the toppings for the burgers, ordered a la cart. The crew here is super friendly. We love going here! Read more
Today the fries were soggy but The food generally taste like most five guys locations so if you care about the kind of people... making it go to the location on the Pike because this one lacks customer service especially if you?re black!! Me and my familyhave come here on multiple occasions for pick up orders and felt like we were being waiting longer and being ignored, but seethem cater to other races. I waited 10 mins today just for someone to acknowledge me to pick up my to go order, meanwhile awhite woman was helped immediately just for an extra bag. When I mentioned this to a cook who had just come from the back afterbeing ignored by all the staff, then they finally asked my name to get my order. I Will not be patronizing this location everagain. It?s blatant racism and they do not care. Read more
