Quite possibly the best Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and cheerful. I always get greeted... with a smile and even with the covid restrictions, they have such a great system in place they are able to get the orders out ina very quick manner. My order is always correct, fresh and made perfectly. This store has such a personal touch, the staff seemslike big happy family. Read more

Delivery truck delivers on the wrong side of the building utilising the fire lane instead of the loading dock. Will literally... just sit there for hours sometimes until midnight with the truck revving up and down. Extremely loud and required going to sleeplate in order to not be woken up by it constantly. This violates the noise ordinances for Montgomery county and I'm surprisedthis still continues. Just 3 hours of idling up and down with no delivery occurring for more than 20 minutes. Read more

The customer service at this location is incredible! I'm very impressed with the entire staff here... very very impressed. I... have only come here a few times but it's definitely one of my top 3 locations. I seldom rate an eatery/restaurant but thisparticular location is one of a kind and worthy of an excellent review. The service is not only courteous and friendly but alsofast. I really like that. Also, the baristas are very efficient in every aspect... from preparing the drinks to getting pastriesready. The cashiers are always very warm, friendly, and especially sweet when parents come in with their young children. They'revery patient and don't rush the customers.
