I have yet to have a bad experience with the employees themselves. They?re nice. The only complaint is the music. I listen to... most of the music they play myself, but I?m sorry, it?s not the same when it?s blasting early morning at a coffee shop. Whatmakes it worse is the fact that they don?t even bother finding clean versions of the songs. So it?s 7am with cuss words justbeing tossed everywhere at high volume at a coffee shop lol. Makes me feel like I?m at a bar. I worked at Starbucks up untillast year so I know that the music playing is not one of the playlists that are allowed to be played and I know that the companydoesn?t allow songs with bad language to be played. It would mean a lot if the manager enforced that rule in the work place. Read more

Please read thoroughly!!!!! The staff here aside from 2 associates are very nonchalant and never go the extra mile(including... the manager Alesha) For her to be the manager she really is disconnected and have a lackluster personality. Nonetheless, I workin this area, so I normally go to this Starbucks. I am I writing this review about my experience with a young lady namedAlejandra. note: my drink isn?t really complicated. Strawberry Açaí with light lemonade, light ice, one pump ofclassic. When Alejandra proceeded to make my drink, I noticed she put mint instead of lemonade, When I mentioned to her that itwas wrong her she looks at the label and throws the drink in the nearby sink. At this point, Alejandra clearly isn?t having agood morning. She then remakes the drink with a cup Full of ice, I mention again that I asked for ?light ice? Alejandra is nowboiling and clearly irritated as she has to remake the drink again. I began to feel very frustrated with the experience asAlejandra is the barista making the mistake but rendering poor service. I tried speaking with Alejandra directly to let her knowI wasn?t pleased with the experience & that I wasn?t trying to be difficult and Alejandra completely ignored me and proceeded tothe next drink. I responded asking for the managers contact because it was simply too earlier for poor service. She slides themanagers card on the counter and when I asked for her name she nonchalantly responds ?Alejandra? The next day I went back toget my usual drink but this time I ask for someone else to make it. (I wish I knew her name) anyway, she was great, she eventopped my drink with a beautiful affirmation sticker. She had no issue making my drink and it was perfect! Very off putting to have been ran into who appeared to be an employee. Out of uniform, mask under mouth and no ?excuse me? was... said. She actually was about to place her hand on me, as a placement for the excuse me which i actually dislike. Especially inthe times when covid is easily spread and numbers going up. Can?t help to think my treatment would of been different had itbeen a older, lighter toned lady. But honestly I don?t. Kalena just didn?t appear to want to be at work and when she fully wasbehind the counter serving the energy and half down mask was still there. Also appeared to be very much out of uniform. This is hands down the BEST Starbucks I have been to! I come here a few times a week for a few hours to do some work. The... manager Josh (I think that's this name) is great, he's very friendly and knows a lot of the regular customers by name. There'salways a friendly greeting every time I walk into the store. I work at Dunkin Donuts at the moment, and to be honest, if Starbucks were closer, they'd steal all of our business.... u never... can go wrong with this place.... Yea it's a bit pricey, but out damn sure well worth it... I LOVE STARBUCKS!! Read more
They did a great job! Kimberly is a batista there and she was very nice and helpful to me. I ordered a peppermint mocha... Frappuccino and she offered me a second one since it was busy. She is a great employee there. Read more
