Bad product. Coldbrew is incredibly watered down, staff does not put in very much sweet cream. I've been a regular there and its... never been a good or consistent experience in terms of what I purchase. Someone needs to better manage this shop. Read more
Normally I wouldn?t be reviewing a Starbucks because, it?s a Starbucks. However, this particular store really surprised me on... how bad the service really was. Almost every single time I go there, the staff is on a break. One time I even saw the staffsitting in a table next to the Starbucks, on her phone not doing her job while there were many customers waiting. The last strawfor me, was when none of the Starbucks workers were there, so a worker from Harris Teeter was there. The poor guy didn?t evenknow how to make any drinks except coffee. Please do NOT go to this Starbucks at all costs. I strongly encourage going to theStarbucks on Norfolk avenue that is 5 minutes away from this one because it has much better service. Read more
Today you lost a sale and a customer, because the big black lady on the afternoon shift around 5 pm, refused to sell me veranda... roast/light roast coffee, even she had on display. No apologies and no reasoning. Even her ? meet and greet? was not right. Read more
