I wish there was a negative rating available!!! Tried ordering online from my phone - wouldn't work. Switched to Google Chrome... on a laptop...got through the order process and suddenly n-o-t-h-i-n-g. DEBIT CARD CHARGED #1, screen said would be ready atX:XX PM. Sent son to pick up...."we have no order" They would not take an order from his phone from me (he didn't know theorder). So, had to call the store. NO ANSWER!?! Tried to order on a different browser. Everything looked good. Went to checkout....all looked good....DEBIT CARD CHARGED AGAIN #2!....my son went back in, no order! Texted him the order, transferredmoney to his debit card and then sent a screen shot with the COUPON CODE to use. THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THECOUPON....ARGH!?! I've tried calling the store AGAIN...no answer. Again, no answer. Overall cost: 90 minutes my timeordering 90 minutes son's driving & waiting time TBD Time trying to get a refund: TBD because there is no human customer serviceavailable 1st order attempt charges 2nd order attempt charges In-store order charges BTW, the sandwiches were cr*p. Nice subway with plentiful parking. Nice place to grab a sub without the crazy lines that occur at a lot of other subways
Apparently they just don?t do breakfast for some arbitrary reason. What a joke.
