Wow it's nice to have Great Greek food again. I can definitely recommend the spanakopita. And the driver platter with rice and... Greek salad was perfect 4 hours later after eating the spanakopita first. The back of I was meh, deficient on the filling notthe quality of the feeling the quantity the quality it was really good they just need to double the amount at least and code itin honey for crying out loud it was very dry. Make sure with the spinach pie you get lemon either ask for it or have some cuzyou're going to need it, it makes it perfect. Read more
Ordered pita without cheese and tzatziki 3 times. 1 time pickup and twice delivery. All three orders had cheese and tzatziki. I... complained to manager, Juan, after second order, but was a waste of time I guess. Food is average at best, Service is horrible.Fries dry and stale. You get better fries in the frozen section at Giants. This place reminds me of the restaurants in PlakaAthens were you have nice pictures of food outside the restaurant. Once you order you realise it's a tourist trap. A restaurantthat can't get it right after being told 4 times not to put something in your order, because you're allergic doesn't deserveyour money. Oh man I used to love this place, I went at least once a week to the Bethesda location. One day I get some take out and as I bit... into the chicken pita I realized the chicken was very undercooked. Completely unacceptable. I contacted them and I was offereda gift card (which I declined) and a refund. In the end they only reimbursed the sandwich (about 11$) and not the total check(chicken pita + hummus = 19$). Read more

We look forward in visiting again and giving The Big Greek Cafe another chance. The customer service was Five Star,Thank you for your great customer service!!! This is the second time they mess my order up, I specifically repeat myself that Ido not want the tzatziki sauce and when I arrive at my hotel room and get ready to eat, guess what? Tzatziki sauce in mygyro!!!! Super disappointed, the employees are hard working and nice during the ordering process, but I really don?t know whatthe other employees are reading while they are getting the order together. Great food and fair priced too! Wednesdays they have $5 gyros but we got the salmon big greek salad instead. Sooo delicious! We... also got their signature fries that came with tzatziki and it was perfect. Go check them out! Read more
