For fast food this chain is tops. Also, this particular location had VERY nice staff.
The food wasn't bad even though they didn't have want I originally wanted. The reason for 2 stars is the $17 burrito bowl with a... very small queso and large drink. I think Moe's was $5 cheaper with the same stuff. Read more

I've always loved Barberitos. It was the first time going to this location, but it was worth the longer drive. This particular... location offered amazing portions of delicious and fresh food! My kid is incredibly picky, but ALWAYS eats Barberitos and willactively ask for it. The only detractor was how hot it was inside the building at the time, but still a great experience. Read more
Staff was ok. Problem is the restaurant was filthy. Rug & floors filthy, handful of tables filthy. I decided to dine in before I... actually noticed the conditions. I figured it would be ok since it wasn't busy. Being that there were at least 4 crew membersworking, it was never busy and the restaurant was still in such poor condition...????????...oof I wish I read the reviewsfirst...seems filth is the norm here...ugh I was at my table dining for a quite a while, watching TV on my phone because therewasn't one in the lobby. I thought there was one there last time I visited. I'm grateful I didn't need to use the restroom. Ican only imagine how unattended those are. I have been a regular customer before and since they moved to this new location. In the past it has been good. Lately it has... been awful...and I will be going to the Barberitos in Athens. First...the service is terrible. The people working there lookunhappy and/or have their face glued to their phone. The counter and cooking area always looks cluttered and dirty. The diningarea and drink area is always sticky and looks dirty. I went in last week...and was told that I could only order a bowl ornachos because both of the steamers were broken. So I left. I went in today and it was dirty and several tables neededbusing...floors were sticky...trash was overflowing. We ordered food anyway...the chips were thick and chewy. I was told "wehave new chips now"...they made fresh ones...and they were like chewing cardboard. The chicken was hard as a rock and cold andhard/chewy. Read more
I came here on 11/30 for lunch. We noticed the menu has changed which is ok. I chose to order some nachos with some guacamole. I... was informed at check out that the queso for the nachos was extra bringing my lunch total to 20.17$. To me this is insane. Howcan queso be extra on nachos??? I asked and was told there is a separate price for those who only wanted shreaded cheese. Thischarge is not reflected on the menu nor was i told prior to having it added to my item. I will take my business to moes oranother tex mex location that does not charge for something that is a staple everywhere else. Read more
