I ordered a large pan meatball pizza, I arrived a couple minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and it wasn?t even out... of the oven yet. Then when I watched them take it out and cut it, the guy stopped to talk to a coworker about a separate orderknowing I was standing there waiting on mine still. Then the girl who stepped in to finish it picked something off my pizza withtongs and glanced over to see if I saw her do it but when she brought my pizza over she acted like that didn?t just happen andhad to audacity to not even say anything so I had to ask what happened and her response was that there was something on thepizza but didn?t tell me what it was and asked what it was and she said oh it was just another topping and again I had toquestion further about what topping, she claimed she didn?t know? how did you not know if you?re the one who removed it? Soundssketchy. So I had to eat my pizza and throw away the piece she picked off cause I honestly don?t have a clue what was really onthere. I have a pepper allergy and I wasn?t risking anything. I ordered delivery yesterday and went back today for a carry out because it was so good. Let me say that their pizza is awesome... and it was on time for both delivery and when I picked it up today. Very clean inside and the young man and the manager was veryfriendly. My granddaughter has been with me because she's getting over the flu and she thought she could eat pizza, first Ilooked at the reviews for Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, and Dominos and didn't like what I read. So I chose Marcos, I haven't ate thereexcept when they first opened, but now they have a regular customer. Thank you for your clean store and great food andexceptional customer service. Read more

I have been a loyal customer to this Marco?s for years?until recently. I have grown fond of Marcos and with other competitors... severely lacking in quality they have become my local delivery choice. I ordered a pizza from the store and when I received itthe toppings were on i the side of the box on both. When I called I was told to drive up there to show them. After I arrived Ihad to wait for 10 minutes for them to even address. The delivery driver looked at it and then told the manager he didn?t do itand that I must have. Then I was told it would be 30 minutes for them to correct it and then received grief about wanting mymoney back and getting the tip back from the driver. I have never be so devalued as a customer,especially one that uses them forparties and everything. If I was you, I would just take my business elsewhere and hope they treat you better. Well what can I say. This place has gone down. The pizza gets here cold cheap on their sausage too. I ordered a large pizza and... I swear there was 11 sausage pieces total on the pizza my mistake on not taking a picture to show everyone. The wings semi raw.I've been a customer since they opened. Unfortunately I will be cooking a frozen pizza from now on. I don't understand if it's afranchise store why others do better pizzas and service than them. Sorry to say but my money will be spent some where else evenmy neighbors agree with me. Good luck to all the first timers. I have had Marcos at other locations and its always been excellent, but the location in Bethlehem, needs a lot of work. I've... ordered a few times. About 2 months ago, I ordered Pizza, wings, salad, Pizza was good, Wings-under cooked, sauce was justpoured on top of them, chef salad, i didn't get the correct size i paid for. Just recently, I ordered Pizza and Salad. Pizza,well called for extra pepperoni, i think i had like 15 pieces on the whole pizza, the chef salad, actually got the correct size,but lettuce was welted, brown, there was no ham or turkey, i had like a half a slice of cheese cut up, everything was stale,old, and really should have been thrown out, not sold to a customer. They delivered to my house and everything was normal. I called for delivery again and they said they couldn't deliver because of... previous hostility. Which is not true! I'm very disappointed. Would never go to this place again! Read more
