Panda express is typically decent but this particular location and visit was way below average. It was 8pm on Saturday night yet... there were several customers standing around waiting on their food to be prepared because they were out of several menu items. Iordered Orange Chicken and it was honestly the worst I have ever experienced. The fried rice and fortune cookie were good butthe chicken was the worst quality I?ve been served. Makes me queasy to think about it the next day. Pieces of gristle, fat andwhat I assume was connective tissue deep fried. Yuck. I think it's so messed up that you can no longer get a sample of a new dish. Like, you can't stab a piece of something and let... us try the new flavor. Staff seemed disorganized, drinks, sides and sauces were an after thought. Read more
This manager needs to go. Every time we've come in she is yelling at the workers. Some to tears. They are trying their best and... always busy. They need support, not extra stress on short supplies. It is not their fault. She's asking them to do three thingsat once and rudely. Read more
I came in and told the lady my order name and she said it would be just a minute. For the next 30 minutes I sat there being... looked at like I was crazy by the same employee. Finally after 30 minutes I get up and she asks me who I was picking up for,turns out my food sat there for 15 minutes and she just couldn?t be bothered to pay attention. Read more

These reviews are so dramatic, and forget there was a huge nationwide shortage on supplies across all food chains lol. Waited... maybe 5 minutes via drive thru, during lunch rush. Orange chicken was hot and zesty. Super tasty. The employees were also veryfriendly, and professional. I love Panda's food. My experience at other locations has been excellent. However the Bethlehem location is consistently out of... string bean chicken and they stop serving sweet fire chicken. They as also run out of crab Rangoons. They staff is great theselections are not. I sure hope things turn around before they go out of business. Read more
