We wondered why there weren't very many people here after church but then we got our food. The meat was barely room temperature... and the pork looked like it had been reheated multiple times, mushy. What happened to the gluten free sides? Only 3? You used tohave a really good selection. Not anymore. This place won't be on our favorite list anymore. Read more

We use to enjoy this location. They need to change some of their staff. Only 5 of 6 meals were ok during our last visit. 5 meals... had to be remade. 4 burgers were badly burned. The buns were soggy and had black grease dripping from them. The appearance andsmell was bad. The grilled cheese sandwich looked like it was cooked in same stuff and looked bad. The staff had attitudes. Oneeven wanted to take pictures of the burned burger since the cooks couldn't understand what they did wrong. Not sure why theycouldn't just take the burgers back to the kitchen. One staff member even wanted to argue about a side claiming she didn't seeit on the ticket. We had to show the receipt. The remakes were almost as bad. Crunchy pieces made into the burger. Child'sburger came out rare which is unacceptable. Everyone felt sick from the food. Will not be returning to this location anytimesoon. We were able to speak to a manager a few days later to notify her of our experience. Read more
Great food and customer service. We actually brought out of town guests the next night and was a great experience for all of us.
My first mistake was ordering a salad..... I knew I should have ordered some real food. My lettuce was brown and slimy. The... grilled chicken was good so I ended up eating that from the salad. The fruit flies helped themselves to my bowl Brunswick Stew.Stew was ok, not stellar, didn't eat it. For the price I expect to have fresh lettuce on a salad. Well, at a restaurant, at anyprice, I expect to have fresh lettuce on a salad. Most likely won't be visiting here again. Didn't enjoy it a couple of yearsago and didn't care much for it today. That's ok Barrow County-ites..... many other places I can go and enjoy. I'll save allthe Shane's for y'all. Read more
Ate here last night and later that night ended up in the hospital with food poisoning. I have never been that sick before and... I?m currently pregnant (I thought morning sickness was bad, I was wrong) my mother in law also got sick. Never ever coming back. Read more
