Drove through. Food was fine. The meat in the chili wasn't chopped as much as usual so it was a little strange eating a quarter... hamburger on my taco salad but overall, it was Wendy's. Good but not great. Read more
Seems like there is a problem with the night shift employees not wanting to work. Before 10pm I was told they were not taking... orders. I notified them I had 2 orders to pick up that were already paid for. I was told to cancel them and they cut off thespeaker. There were several employees inside just standing around doing nothing. This is not the first time experiencing this.Another night I arrived to pick up an order and they kept playing a message on the speaker that they were closed. I drove up tothe window and they claimed speaker was malfunctioning. They started working on the order which should have been already done. Read more

Terrible service, long wait. After a half hour in drive through, only 6 cars mind you, when I got to the window I was told it... would be a 15 minute wait while they cooked more chicken. Manager said "what do you want me to do, short staffed". I know whythey only have customers when chick fil a is closed on Sunday. Read more
Encountered racism through the drive through. I am white with a child whom is black. Comment made through the drive through by... little blonde girl that went as such ?We get a lot of black people through here and they complain a lot?. I tried to take it upwith the store and GM has failed to call me back. I called the store again and was told by another manager that she didn?t meananything towards my kid then he said he asked her about it and she denied saying it. DO BETTER!!!!!!! I am calling lawyers nowas I am not ok with my children having to grow up around this ridiculous behavior. It is 2022 for goodness sakes. Read more
The line was incredibly long. The burger was okay. The fries were delicious. Like the best fries ???? the people are usually... very nice. I asked for a large and my large was half full. I get a large to share with my little boy. He was sure sad when Itold him he can't have any of my fries because Wendy's gypped me. Read more
