I recently revisited this Applebee's after 6 months and I was wowed. People like the bartender Bill are the key to this... location's success. He remembered me by name, and offered the same order as I had gotten earlier in the year. Even though thestaff is visibly short, Bill never made me feel neglected even as he worked the bar AND served tables. Service has changed, nodoubt, but the team here is making the best of these tough economic times and still providing service in a fast-casualenvironment beyond expectation. I can't go anywhere and even get a server to introduce themselves by name let alone remembermine after half a year. I'll be back for sure! Read more
I had dinner on Friday. My husband order the mac and cheese. First of all who puts syrup in mac and cheese? Where was the... cheese? The pasta was penne with very minimal cheese, plenty of syrup-(ugh) and bacon and chicken. This dish should be taken offthe menu. Read more

My husband & I haven't been back to Applebee's in a really long time. Lets just say we most likely will not go back unless its... for an appetizer or desert. That is why 3 stars. Plus the waitress Loriann was very nice. The food was not pleasing at all. Bothour meals were not hot at all & weren't great at all. My husband blue moon tap beer was not good as well. Mozzarella stickswere ok but the desert was the best part. Chocolate lava cake & brownie. The only reason we ate desert was because we did noteat the majority of our meals & were still hungry. Applebee's Bethlehem, Nazareth Pike, PA Absolutely the worst piece of salmon (3/8" thk) we've ever ordered anywhere. $18.99 for... approx 3oz piece of salmon and soggy broccoli. Honestly, it was maybe worth $7.99, and that's being nice. Just not right. Weordered to go, so I guess they figured we wouldn't look until we got home. Well, they were right. That sucked! I guess whenyou're the only show in town you can do this. I'm sure the kitchen had a good laugh. I knew we should have gone toWawa!!! They make an incredible margarita and the food is always good here. However they did burn 3 different plates of chicken... But... everything else was amazing, especially the service. Read more
