The food is tasty & great portions for the price. I?ve never had Jamaican food this cheap before with the amount of food that is... plated. I enjoyed the oxtail & curry goat with roti dish the most wit their homemade juices! 1000% recommend!!!!! Read more

Debbie and Sophia are such an asset to our neighborhood and to the Lehigh Valley food scene. D&S reliably provides delicious... food at a very reasonable cost. We live within walking distance, so we always get takeout, but the sisters' cheer and deeplydelicious food always make us happy to stop in. I'm fond of the jerk pork and the oxtails, my wife almost always gets thecurry chicken. The sides are wonderful, dessert is always a treat (I'm fond of the coconut drops - redolent of coconut, butalso caramel and ginger). This is soulful cooking from the heart, beautifully spiced, deeply evocative of Jamaica. We're solucky! Read more

I've been here a few times and it's always very flavorful! They're super friendly and their meat is tender. The jerk chicken,... oxtail, and curry goat are my favorites. Their beef patties are also delicious! Read more

I just discovered this hidden family style Gem of a Restaurant that is conveniently located downtown. It is owned by two... sisters, hence the name. They are warm and welcoming. If your palate is in the mood for Caribbean style cuisine, (Jamacian),then this is your must visit destination while in Bethlehem. I order stewed red snapper, spinach rice, cabbage and sweetplantains. While waiting for my order I ate a veggie pattie rich in texture and a bottle of sorrel. ???? Everything was madewith love!!! They provided generous portions and the food tasted great at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this place. 10Stars!!!. Read more

Food was well prepared, seasoned okay and very well priced. They offer all you would expect but the food is not Caribbean. It's... more appropriate to call it soul food. Don't get me wrong, nothing was nasty! But I was HIGHLY disappointed because I was in themood for Caribbean food. If you just want some nice americanized food then they're fine. But totally skip it if you're really inthe mood for Caribbean. Read more

My was greated immediately by both Sister's Debbie & Sophia upon entering the eatery! I was craving their Jerked Chicken and... Brown rice and peas and cabbage. Everything was served hot and fresh. Plus their Banana bread is so moist and delicious! Therhythms of Reggae music topped off my visit! Great service and hospitality, I highly recommend you check them out when your inBethlehem, Pa! 4.7 review on Google brought me here today. I was very disappointed. I ordered a large jerk chicken platter which was $14.50. I... will start with the portions- the platter had 3 pieces of chicken (1 drumstick and 2 thigh pieces). The skin was soggy andrubbery. The chicken had no flavor. I added the 3 small cups of sauce to the chicken to add some flavor. The sauce was prettygood. The rice also lacked flavor even with the oxtail gravy that I requested on top. The cabbage was inedible (by far the worstcabbage I've ever had in a Jamaican food platter). The plantains were very good. I know this review is only based on the jerkchicken platter that I ordered. Due to the small portions given for a platter that costs $14.50 and the fact the food lacksflavor I would have to say I would not be returning to this establishment again. Jerk chicken should be robust with flavor andspices and should leave some heat behind. There are many other Jamaican food choices in the Lehigh Valley that are far superiorto this establishment. I am so lucky that this place just opened around the block from my house. This was my first time here, and visited with my... husband. We both ordered the jerk chicken and this is the best I have had in a very long time. I grew up in Canada near Torontoand had been previously spoiled there with amazing Caribbean food. This place did not disappoint me at all. The jerk chicken isexactly how it should be. Not so spicy it's burning your face off, but a very nice heat with amazing flavors. We both orderedours with rice and peas and collards. Both of those were great too! The collards are smoky and not over cooked. I willdefinitely be back to try other options on the menu.
