Ordered a large iced coffee and a croissant with bacon but got a hard bagel with bacon. Iced coffee was made properly.
Dunkin always has good coffee. But selection of donuts seemed slim.
I have been to many Dunkins throughout the years. Please believe me when I say, this is the worst one. Obviously, it is only a... Dunkin, they will fill your basic coffee needs. But I have had so many bad experiences (a WHITE coffee when I ordered only onecream, taking my order before closing and then closing so I don't receive my order, rude staff, etc...). If you need a quickcoffee, you're good. But do not expect outstanding service here. Read more
Very cute and nice Dunkin. Nice sitting area. There is no free parking, only meter parking. There is no drive through, but... there is walk through))) There are two entrances. There are men and women bathrooms, but had OUT OF ORDER notes on doors, butthe doors were open. My Avocado toast was missing everything spice on top and was placed on top of the box, so when I flippedassuming it would be on right position Avocado side ended up on the bottom. It's ok. I didn't make a bug deal out of it. I knowwasn't done on purpose. A guy who took my order, and a girl who gave it to me were very nice and polite. I will return if I'm inthe area. Read more
Slow service. Owner/Manager leaves two KIDS without supervision to run the place mid-late afternoon. LAZY or can't be bothered... to have experienced, efficient workers. Seems to just care about profit, as so many subpar businesses now do. Read more
This is the worst Dunkin location in the Lehigh Valley. You legitimately have to go on Twitter to DM Dunkin corporation account... to even get ahold of a manager for a refund. Just put an order in at 7:30 this morning when they're to be open at 6. The womanat the window tells me they're closed right now. Will be sending a DM to Dunkin again about disappointment. Read more
Went at 6:15 am this morning (7/9) as the Google listing said they opened at 6:00 am. The shop was pitch black and closed, no... one to be seen. Please update your listing so it is accurate. Again on 8/18 at 7:10 pm, went for a coffee. Google listingstated they were open until 8:00 p.m. but when I tried to go inside or order at window, everything was locked and I saw themturn off the lights. Again, please update your listing to reflect the actual times you are open. Read more
