tried this place for the first time today, it’s now my new favorite sushi spot!! not only was the lady on the phone so lovely... !! the sushi is so fresh and wonderful! same with the hibachi rice and noodles. they bagged my hot and cold foods separatelywhich some places don’t do and gave us tons of sauces and utensils . totally affordable , i got tons of food for $48!! i haveabsolutely no complaints. I\'ve had better but their sushi is not bad. For 6 rolls lunch special with soup and salad $29 not too bad at all. Can serve 3... people for lunch ????????????????. The rice is not seasoned its all very bland, no flavor I was hoping for some really goodsushi, I was disappointed with the taste. It\'s just plain white rice not sushi rice so ???????????. Read more
I’m new to the Bethlehem area from nj/ny and it’s hard for me to find a place around here that I actually can say Id come... back too. Ginzas food is greatttt from the quality to the flavor it’s definitely there! I had their hibachi for lunch about 4times now and it never disappoints. I love the miso soup as well. I was craving hibachi but didn’t feel like leaving the house. I live on the west side of Bethlehem and googled hibachi near me... and Ginza came up. We were hesitant to try a new hibachi/Japanese place but we decided to go for it due to the ease of orderingonline. Food was done FAST. Not to mention look at all the food!! I’m a sauce person and we received plenty of sauce. The foodwas phenomenal. My husband lived in Japan and is very critical of restaurants and he thoroughly enjoyed his food. Beyond impressed! I ordered a large variety (15+ rolls) for a party and we were all blown away. The quality and taste were... incredible, but the presentation was even better. The trays were gorgeous. The sushi negiri, the sushi rolls, the deluxe rolls,and the appetizers all blew us away. Read more
The takoyaki was amazing! Got the American roll. Also got the Red snapper, eel and tuna forgot to take a picture of the... beautiful plate but it was AMAZING! If I\'m ever back in Pennsylvania I will definitely come back. It\'s a small restaurant butworth it! Read more

So very good. Had take out. The first ever place that knows to seperate the hot food from sushi/rolls! The preparation and... quality/taste of our entire order is absolutely the best we\'ve had in this area! Highly recommend! Read more
