Used to be a good Moe's to go to, NOT ANYMORE. Been on a slide the last few years, my wife and I have gone for the last time.... 6pm, no customers. Quite a few Burrito ingredients containers empty, some had only remnants, some salsa container options empty,the ice machine hasn't worked for years now. Dirty tables, staff sat at the tables on their phones. And "Welcome to Moe's" hasbeen replaced with a stare and what do you want? I think corporate needs a secret shopper at this location. The music was so loud I couldn't hear the employee; I had to keep... asking her to talk louder. Anyway, let's just say our bowls at $11.99 we're pretty expensive for rice. To give you an idea, theygave us five sliced olives, three half slices of peppers, and four slices of jalapenos. I ordered a side of queso, which waswatered down. I spent almost $50. Oh, the salsa station was very lacking. The bowls barely had anything in them. I've never beento a Moe?s location that looked so empty and cheap with the food. Do yourself a favor and visit the Easton location on Rt. 248.It's clean and welcoming, food, and toppings are fresh. It was good. There was a young lady behind the counter that understood it was my first time there and truly made the experience... a good one. Restaurant was clean and food was good. Disappointed in the quality of this Moe?s establishment. I?ve been coming here for 8+ years and over the years I am more and... more disappointed with this location. There is no longer welcome to Moe?s greeting upon entry, no music ever plays in thislocation, sometimes employees are wearing AirPods while working, the lights are always very dim, and overall there isn?t awelcoming vibe. The staff here are wonderful. The customer service is very good. On a Friday at dinner time, they had multiple pick up orders... as well as a few customers to place an order. They were calm, collected, and greeted each customer. Also, food is delicious! Read more

If I could rate this Moe's location a zero stars I would! My wife and and I were getting food here and when then asked me what I... wanted I said Adobo Chicken. We get to the cashier and the man who was working tried to charge us for extra meat and we neverasked for it then proceeded to argue with us about it before he finally removed it from the bill. We were going to get mealswith our order but after that stunt we were just in a hurry to get out of this location. No greeting when we walked in and ontop of that they were out of all salsa/green peppers/ and onions! Overall costumer service was awful won't be back at thislocation. Honestly this location sucks. The Coca Cola machine is always empty and the people are stingy giving portions. Not very nice and... question us when we have a coupon. Went today at 8:15 and place said it was open til 9pm and got there and it was closed andlocked doors! One of the most expensive Moes I?ve been too and charge the same amount for veggie as meat which makes no sense,since the other locations charge less for veggie. Ridiculous! Read more
