Middle of the pack chained steakhouse. Good for large groups. Food is acceptable if you hit it right; else it misses the mark... by a mile. Known for blooming onion and shrimp appetizers. Service is acceptable. July 2022 update We got an Outback giftcard, so were obliged to make a visit.... The food was still subpar. The blooming onion was still drenched with fat. Perhapsworse than normal since it was fried in very old oil, giving an after taste long after we were done swallowing. The prime steaksandwich was soggy, the ribeye steak was bone dry and overcooked, and the Caesar salad was lumpy, full of wiltedvegetables. Decor was nice, Service was quick and nice. The New England clam chowder was absolutely delicious. The negative was the quality... of the prime rib. It was not as tender as I get elsewhere. I ordered it medium and the prime rib texture was more like a steaktexture, somewhat grainy and not as easy to cut as a high grade prime rib. The horseradish cream sauce was tasty. Our server ELYSE was so professional, accommodating, thoughtful, informative, knowledgeable, friendly, attentive? The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. Denise was an amazing waitress. The food is absolutely... amazing ? everything we tasted melted in other mouths and was cooked exactly as we specified. Absolutely the best meal we hadwhile. Highly recommend! Read more

This has become a regular spot for both my business colleagues and my family alike. Recently they made a mistake with our steak... and the staff rectify the mistake and gave us a credit for another steak on the house. Visit this Outback Steakhouse in Bethlehem PA for the first time. 6:30pm on a Saturday night and was shocked how smooth service... went. Our party of 6 got refilled on time and apps came out perfect timing compared to entrees. Blooming onion and deep friedmushrooms were perfect. Each it?s own dipping sauce. People that have children should make them behave. Bouncing off the partitions and yelling are NOT acceptable behaviors. It... really spoils it for the other patrons. Our server was fantastic! Trish was very friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. I would definitely request her the next time we go there to eat. Read more
