Used the Panera ap which is absolutely wonderful with customization options available. I placed a pick up order and it was... ready on time and exactly as ordered. Raw chicken sandwich. As my friend took a few bites, she felt the sandwich was off and there you have it. She called the store... and reached the manager who was extremely rude and dismissive and her stomach is feeling off. This incident will be escalated.It's so raw, the chicken resembles sushi. Ordered a whole size chicken salad sandwich to go so I can get the pickle that comes with and they didn't give me the pickle. It... was also mainly thick bread, a lot of greens and tomatoes and very little chicken salad. I was really craving the pickle so bigdisappointment. Only thing worth it anymore is their broccoli cheddar soup and even then they short you on the bowls not gettingfilled. Read more

Not clean. Unfortunately, this location is simply not managed properly as it is not clean. I often go right at opening and the... tops of trash cans are sticky and putrid, same with the area around and underneath the soda fountain and sometimes the floorslook OK but most of the time they are pretty grimy. The glass doors look like they have not been cleaned in months and honestly,the whole location looks like it could be shut down for a proper deep clean. We are a young family of 5 who would be goodcustomers for years to come - I would love to see the location turn around and become what it could be - a clean, reliable,profitable family bakery where people go to again and again. Got home with my takeout order and discovered my sandwich was missing and the soup wasn?t even close to being full. When I went... back to question the manager he said he wasn?t going to comment and that he sees how much they put in and it?s more than that.He basically called me a liar to my face. I was completely appalled by his lack of professionalism. Giving me a sandwich and arefund doesn?t wash away the bad taste this experience left in my mouth. Read more
