Reviews for Primo Hoagies in Bethlehem, PA

I would go to the catasauqua pa. location frequently and I have stopped for several reasons. 1) the prices have outrageously... increased. 2) they don?t wear hair nets. 3) they kept the walls blocking how the food is prepared. 4) the manager has alwayslooked miserable working there. 5) they give the wrong order more than often and the reviews confirm this one. 6) the memberspoint system is a joke! Once you reach that goal you get $10 off not a free sandwich! For what it cost for one sandwich I canfeed up to three when I make it myself and I don?t have to deal with attitudes. So if you are concerned about sales going downtake the advice from reviews and you will see an increase of customers. Most importantly Service with a Smile!!!! We work hardfor the money we choose to spend! I?m adding to this review because if you all noticed the only reply that was given was fromManager and he/she only commented on the price. No comment on attitude from the owner of Catassaqua road Bethlehem location orthe fact that they don?t wear hair nets and hide behind barriers while they make the sandwiches. Hey Manager keep yourdisingenuous response!! I hope none of you reading this get sick and if you do well you have been warned!! Read more

Ehh, not great. There was too much bread which wouldn't be terrible but the taste was subpar. The cheese was cut very thick,... probably to pad the sandwich and make up for lack of meat and the taste overpowered the whole sub. The pickles and 'hot' bananapeppers were flavourless like they've been sitting around way too long. My company bought us lunch so the price point didn'taffect me and I didn't pick them up so I can't tell if that mean blonde from the other reviews was working the cash register. Iwould certainly never spend my own money here. If you want to support a local business, try Dave's deli in Bethlehem but if youinsist on going to a chain, Jersey Mike's blows this place out of the water. Read more

The food is good, but i just gave them one last chance and they blew it. This location has the slowest and the rudest people ive... ever encountered in food service, and that is saying alot since I travel 90% of my job. Where else do you wait an hour for asandwhich and arrive with it still not ready? This was november 8th 6pm. Read more

Used to be really good and filling. Went there all the time. Not going to anymore. It's like eating a dry bread sandwich with... very little meat n cheese brown lettuce, brown onion, and paper thin tomatoes. YUCK ????. LOUSY WHAT A SHAME. WAS MY FAVORITEPLACE. NOT ANYMORE. Read more

Food is always good, even if the prices are high. The price isn?t why I took away stars, it?s because the blonde at the register... needs to re-evaluate her attitude. I watched her roll her eyes at the man in front of me because she forgot half his order andthen proceed to tell me ?we don?t have veggie hoagies never did?. So of course I showed her where it was ON THE MENU. Don?t giveme attitude because you?re mad at your life choices. Based off reviews, I can see her bubbly personality is a daily thing.(Maybe take girlie off the register). I?ll go out of my way now to go to the one in Allentown, where they?re always pleasant. We ordered via GrubHub and when our order finally came one of our orders was completely wrong. Our ticket/receipt was correct... but the sandwhich wasnt what we ordered. We called primos and they put us on hold multiple times. Eventually the girl on thephone said "well we see your ticket and we know that's what we made. You'll have to drive down here to prove it's wrong." Fine,we drove down to the shop. The young blonde girl at the counter already seemed annoyed and miserable when we showed up. Finallythey said would make our correct order. No apology. After getting the correct sandwich we asked for some sort of refund becausewe paid for delivery service and the store made us drive to and from the restaurant because of their error. They insisted theydid nothing wrong and didn't owe us anything because they remade it. The girl said her manager said "nothing can be done and ifwe are unhappy to take it up with GrubHub". We left and told them we wouldnt be returning. Very unprofessional that thisestablishment wouldn't take accountability for their error. GrubHub did their job, you did not. And when we confronted you aboutthe problem you insisted that we were lying. I've been purchasing primos for years. This experience ruined the entire franchise.Poor management and leadership makes for poor customer service. Read more
