Came here for a quick bite as it's in the Wind Creek food court. I had their Balboa Cheesesteak and it fit the bill!. Could of... used a little more Wiz, but my heart is glad it didn't have any more. Order a steak and fries, no mushrooms, they gave me one piece of steak, one piece of green pepper, 4 pieces of red pepper and... no onions, a container full of French fries all for the price of 12.15. Two was purchased. The was not worth my money, andnobody answered the phone ???? ????, the steak and fries supposed to be beef tips I got a piece of steak um. Smh. I am not ableto upload my picture. Spoke to the manager J. who stated the prices are high because we are at a casino. He refused to refundour money. He also refused to give me the corporate phone number told me to find it myself. 1 star is to high. Ordered 2 whiz kids and chicken fingers. Waited over 25 while orders after mine were served. I finally... receive my order and the sandwiches were nothing close to a whiz kid. Kid at the register has no regard to customers and a fewother staff members were on their cell phones hiding in the kitchen. Management should be fired. Read more
I ignored the slow service more than once. Every time I come here on a Friday/Saturday night, this ill-mannered cashier named... Dominick takes my order and rudely asks if that's all I want to order. He really makes it seem as if his job is a real chore...I ordered just buffalo wings from here twice, and during both times, my wings were ready and sitting on the counter right behindhim. He even saw that the wings were there and the receipt was on the tray, meaning the order is done. I wonder why he hasn'tgiven it to me yet, because he was not taking orders and was just standing there talking nonsense with his colleague, whileflinging his arms back and forth like he's got nothing to do. I stand there and wait, giving him the benefit of the doubtthinking that the order is not mine and is incomplete. When he finally takes a break from his talk, he then packs the wings andhand them to me after letting it sit there for at least 10 minutes. Not to mention, he continues to talk all over my food whilepacking. This has happened MORE than once already. Absolutely intolerable. Read more
Hey, let's start with the food: Food came out for me as little as 5min. Downside is the fries came out cold while the sandwich... came nice and hot but there was no taste. Even the mayo didn't help. Service: Staff is friendly and real nice; they prep thefood so fast I didn't even leave the register. Overall, Excellent service but add some extra flavor to the Philly cheesesteak. Read more
My wife and I visited this location in August this year, we stopped by this location because we herd the food was suppose to be... pretty good. Our counter host was cordial and curtious but made an error on our orderd after a minimal wait our food was ready. We orderd 2 chicken cheese steak and fries but was given cheese steak instead. We quickly returned the food to the counter andwas met with total attuide by a young Hispanic worker. The host said she made a mistake and resubmitted our order. After a 15minute wait that turned into 25 minutes and as we observed new customers getting food my wife went to the counter to inquireabout why was it taking so long,she was met by the same male Hispanic worker that was rude,smart mouthed and disrespectful to mywife,I was watching the entire situation from my seat and quickly intervened stopping his actions which drew his supervisorsattention. After waiting 35 minutes and cold French fries we had to discard the sandwiches because they were over saltedobviously on purpose..
