After hearing about u & tea from my Lehigh University grad boyfriend for 6 the last years?. We finally went together last night.... What a great spot! And cute town. But not only was the food as incredible as my boyfriend has told me repeatedly (and all hisfraternity brothers) but the service was just outstanding. I can?t say enough about our waitress whose name I did not get butshe was so nice and really knew what she was doing. Knew the products well and was able to give me two outstandingrecommendations. Griffin got his usual since 2013: sausage Fried Rice and a bowl of chicken dumpling soup. I got a plate of theBeef Ho Fun (totally new dish for me) and a TARO BOBA TEA ???? such a treat. I saw another customer with one and was like waitthey have boba??!!!! Must try. Waitress suggested I try taro and I was like awesome because I was leaning that way anyway. Itwas delicious - griffin couldn?t stop yelling about how good it was. We get boba in philly at home at our favorite spot and Uand ?Tea boba has to be the ONLY place we?ve tried that is up to our standards. So delicious?. Get one if nothing else andyou?re just walking by. Was ready in minutes. Our entrees were also ready within 5 minutes of ordering and tasted SO DAMN GOOD.I was blown away. And the portion sizes were massive and was only $11.95 for mine. What a steal. It happened to be an employeesbirthday and they had their own little dinner and cake with singing (it was late maybe 9pm) and afterwards brought us slices oftheir cake ! So sweet. It was really yummy too , thank you ???? she packed up the food for us even tho she didn?t have to whileasking me about where we are from and stuff then made sure to let me know to heat up my leftovers in a on not the microwave. I cannot believe I haven't put a review here before! The food is just amazing. Fresh, delicious, huge portions (enough for a... few days!). I try to get something different everytime I go, but my personal favorites are the crispy garlic ribs - justheaven! The salt & pepper ribs are equally delicious. I love all their fried rices, but the pineapple fried rice is myfavorite. Hubby loves the lamb, squid and chicken skewers - great spice on them. I recommend getting the peking duck on thebao buns. Served with a delicious plumb sauce, these are little clouds of perfection. Bubble teas are amazing here & I alsolove their honey ginger tea. The staff is awesome - especially Alice. My girlfriend and I have been to probably most of the Asian restaurants in the Lehigh Valley but U and Tea has to be the best... when it comes to American and Authentic Chinese food. Of course they have regular ?Chinese Food? such as General Tso but if youwant a truly amazing experience get the dry Hot Pot or Clay Pot. I also want to give a shout to Alice who has been our serverevery-time we come in and is just one of the friendliest and helpful person every time we come in. Read more

So my wife and I travel for food. We get our ice cream from Vegan Treats in Bethlehem and we were in the mood for soup... dumplings. This place came up in the search and so we stopped. We ordered an order of soup dumplings each. I had the lambcasserole and she had the fish casserole. The appearance was old-worldly and the taste was just as epic. This place is exceptional! The food is delicious and comes in large portions. The staff is kind and efficient. And the food came... out really fast after ordering! The place can get busy on weekends since it?s pretty popular, but the food will not disappoint!This was a great date night spot. I also understand that it is BYOB. 11/14/22 first time here. A relaxed spot with basic decor. Service was good and friendly even though they had only one... server. The food was good, we had pork soup dumplings and split a large ramen soup, with chicken and quail eggs. It wasgood. They have bubble tea but i forgot to get one, next time! Read more
