Stopped in off highway because it didn't look packed, no cars in parking and it looked like a few cars in drive thru. Pulled up... got out and the inside was closed and drive thru full. We sat in the drive thru for what felt like 20 minutes or so. When wefinally got to drive thru window; I asked to speak with a manager, and advised her that she should put a sign in window statingthat the inside was closed. Not sure if sign was put up or not; but I do know they lost alot of business. Read more

Went to this Wendy's on my way home from Newark Airport on 11-4-22. Super hungry and just in need of a snack pulled into the... drive thru line at approximately 950pm. There were several vehicles in front of me but the line moved fairly quickly. Arrived atthe order point at exactly 10:02pm only to be told that the restaurant had closed at 10pm. Now I respect that every business hasa right to set their own hours however having worked in fast food in multiple roles including management for several years. Iwould never have turned away a customer who was clearly in line before the restaurant closed and had been patiently waiting tobe served. Shame on this location's lack of customer service. Always too busy for the places liking. I mean a line of cars out to the highway. And their food sucks by the time you get it.... The staff noticably feel rushed and annoyed not to mention overworked. Not sure if they are short staffed or what but somethingneeds to be done to better work together for the place to run much more smoothly .. Read more

The food is consistent and good. The drive thru wait is miserable, however. I go all the time but if there's more then one car... in front of me I sadly leave. Read more

The dinning room was filthy. Ketchup all over the place, water on the floors in-front of the beverage station, ice was empty and... machines looked like they haven?t been cleaned. Service was SLOW, it took me 10 minutes just to order. Cashier dropped my foodon the floor and laughed and the manager just rolled his eyes at her. I had to ask twice for missing items. Manager helping makethe food had no gloves on while handling the food. My food was cold and old. The bathrooms were equally as dirty, water andtoilet paper all over the floor. I don?t know what is happening in that restaurant but it?s not good. Definitely will not bereturning. Read more

Health Department needs to close them down until they clean up their act. Cleaning supply chemicals on table top with food... storage container; overflowing garbage bin in the kitchen and supply boxes. This was a quick stop off of the highway on a longtrip. I pray no one gets sick. Read more

10/15 sad update: staff too busy on cell phones to answer drive thru ( when i pulled up he was still on his messaging). I first... sat for 10 minutes w/ no response, pulled up only to be told I had to go around again! Ordered mobile & when I finally pulled uphe was on his cellphone ignoring customers ( no less than 4 cars left while we were waiting). Food better be fresh is all I cansay- 20 minutes into this ordeal. Old other site review: Salad was amazingly fresh. Only reason a 4 star is did not get ordercorrect ( only asked to add croutons; specifically clarified not a sub for pecans when asked). Restaurants still cannot masterthis salad like Wendy's!
