The service was horrible, there were many people waiting for someone to take our orders & a line of people waiting to place... order at the drive thru. They were trying helping that group first. They was ketchup smeared in the dining area & not cleanedup. The customer service people were not friendly & didn't not let us know they will be right with us, they just ignored ourpresence. They're were people also waiting for their orders as well & nodding to one another like they can't believe theservice. Wendy's Food use to be so much better in the past 10 years but now has changed so much. This location was short ofstaff & was doing the best they could. You should always have a Supervisor or Management on staff keeping the staff in order. Read more

The food here is superior to the other leading fast food chains. Well worth the money. I would give this place a 5 star rating... if it weren't for the fact that half the times I go here the doors are locked! The drive through is taking orders but you can'tget in. Love playing Wendy's Roulette here. You start by reading items off from the menu into the speaker. You can pick whatever, it... doesnt matter, it wont be what you get in the end. This just puts the food "in play". Then you pay your money. Then they giveyou bags of food and the game is: will the value of the order you actually get be worth more than what you ordered. Im not verygood because I always end up getting stuff off the dollar menu but the game must be popular since there's always a at least a 15minute wait. So fun! Read more
Kitchen had food all over the floor! You would think someone would try to clean it up. How do they expect anyone to buy food... from them with the kitchen looking like that. They messed up my sandwich, then they forgot to make a strawberry lemonade afterasking 3 times. How do you forget 3 times? Read more
If I can rate them 0 I would. Worst ducking Wendy?s ever. Wait in line for a long time to receive food made incorrectly. Then... you waste your money and time. If you want your food fresh go in the morning when managers are there. Never go after 4pm becausethe employees definitely aren?t going to care what they serve. They need to shut it down. I went through the drive through yesterday, and waited 10+ minutes behind one car, that was also waiting 5+ minutes (then had to... sit past the drive through to wait). When I let them know I placed a mobile order, I was told to come inside. I'm not sure why Ibothered. Maybe a nutritionist took over the store and is pushing people to not eat there. Read more
