My love of my life and I chose Spring Valley Tavern as our place to be wed and to have our reception. They have the most... friendliest owners and staff and the greatest accommodations for parties under 100 inside or outside in a beautifully coveredgazebo and their delicate man-made River with their beautiful Red Bridge is so romantic and playful. Their food is exquisite andtheir prices are so affordable. The Ambiance is beyond belief. You know you will be getting polite...authentic...kind serviceand delectable food..great place also for a first date...anniversary...or to start your forever with the one that gave yourheart a home Read more

So, we received an email offer from Local Flavor to purchase a coupon for this restaurant. It is situated between Routes 378 and... 412 and the rural venture off of Black River Road shower a beautifully appointed neighborhood. The tavern sits on a relaxing andbeautifully landscaped property and includes a screened in building, outdoor patio area, octagonal, umbrella topped tables, andthe indoor dining areas plus bar. Four segmented parking areas for about 50 + cars. Now for the dining experience! First a shoutout to the chefs, Nick & Mikey, who prepared, arranged and presented the Broiled Seafood Sampler: generous piece of haddock, 1shrimp, 3 scallops, 1 clam casino and a SVT crab cake, a HOT baked potato with six hearty stalks of broccoli. We added a Springmix side salad for $4 served fresh and topped with red bell pepper, grape tomatoes, cubes and delicious HOMEMADE DijonVinaigrette. We ordered the trout appetizer dotted with capers, raw red onion and an awesome sauce of their homemade Tigersauce. And to our server who ROCKED throughout with her genuine personality and efficient delivery of each course, timely andtactful. . . . KAYLEE. She was an absolute delight in many ways. And hubs rarely orders dessert although just the mention ofthat Banana Cake with swirls of cream cheese frosting changed his mind. Homemade, moist and fresh. All around delightful diningexperience!
