Came to this place to order for my V day dinner and they told me the order will take about 50 mins and I wait at the store.... After 50 mins, they told me they couldn?t make my food. Excuse me? If you can?t make my food, why don?t you tell me when I placethe order? Will they need 50 mins to think if they can make orders? If you cannot take care of your customers, why are you openyour business? If they keep doing this to their customers, I am for sure they will soon out of Bethpage. They ruined my wife's Valentine's day dinner surprise. She called for a delivery and they said we are busy it will be one hour.... She agreed. After one hour passed she called and they told her 30 more minutes. So another hour has past and still no food. Icalled them and ask them what's going on and they hand over the phone to another person who knows nothing. I ask for the ownerand he didnt know how to answer me. I ask for them to cancel the order and credit my credit card. 35 minutes later after weordered Chinese food that came and we where eating when my door bell rang and its bethpage sushi. So two in a half hours later.I told him to take it and cancel my order. He did try to give us the food for free but I rejected it because we ate already andI dont need a favor or feel like I have to forgive them for free food. Never again. Thanks for ruining our night!!
