I work for Amazon, I go to the Dunkin donuts down the road every morning before work. Any time I come to work and have to go to... this one, my entire day is ruined. They are nice people, but unbelievably imcompetent. I order an english muffin, toasted and Iadd a beyond sausage because I can not eat cheese nor egg. EVERY OTHER DD in the world has accommodated accordingly and enteredmy meal correctly. The beyond sausage selection automatically adds egg and cheese, I do not eat that so I do not want to becharged for such. Which is why I ask for it a specific way. This is the only place I cannot and have not recieved my order as Iwanted. The cashier's name is Theresa, Ive attempted to show her the proper way that every DD employee has shown me and evenconverse with her to ask why she would not simply put the order in correctly. She is stubborn and refuses to just listen, evenwhen I waited till there were no customers, time and time again she refuses. So now I'm resorting to adding this review. She isa nice lady and I hope she is able to learn to just properly listen to her customers and receive proper "training" because thatwas her excuse. Read more
This DD is the best! I?ve been a customer at this location for 7 years now. My job is located right near this place and I come... here almost everyday to get coffee for my coworkers and I. I use a perks card. I can prove that. I have been having problems with my coffee tasting funny. Sometimes like perfume or skim... milk instead of cream. Loaded with too much sugar things like that at first I thought maybe stupidity or hand lotion but then Istarted to notice only in the evenings. So I started to return them. That's when I noticed the manager always giving me a hardtime about returning. From going there so long I have made a few friendly worker friends who told me she has been poking fun athow she puts skim milk in my coffee instead of cream. Now the lightbulb goes off in my head all the funny tasting coffees I beengetting. She has been sabotaging my coffees so I return them or to make us sick. I don't know. When I confronted this to her shetold her boss I am a constant returner. Now I am not allowed to return. I called Dunkin main #. They said they are individuallyowned and I guess the owners are not willing to talk to me and make this right. They don't care about us. They just covering forher I guess. This place serves the go to very fast. They have good collection of bagels. The burgers and has browns are also very tasty and... fresh. There are seats of 2. So less chance that you can hangout with lots of friends. It has got an all point ATM which is avery good thing. Read more
