Stale bread. Wilted lettuce and few choices available. The place isn?t clean. They have ads on the windows looking at the food... so you can?t really see what you?re getting. The place is gross and they don?t take coupons! A waste of money. Read more

They don't accept coupons or any other part of the rewards programs. The employees must have been new because the service was... very slow compared to a standard Subway chain store. I waited 17 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break- and cherry on top theinfamous "out of order" sign was on the bathroom door. Read more

I had the worse experience in your Bethpage store located on Wantagh Ave. the lady there was horribly rude. She was the only... worker there but I noticed she treated customers differently. When it was my turn to order, she said to me, "what do you want"?my response to her was, for you to be a little more nicer. so she said it again, " what do you want? I placed my order. Shemoved on to the next customer behind me and she didn't interact with that customer as she did me. she politely asked him for hisorder. I had a conversation with the man behind me. Her rudeness increased. she started to complain she was there by herself andI have the time to go on Facebook, Instagram. I worked with young adults with special needs and they were with me in the store.the customer behind me and myself started to talk more and I made a joke about the hat I was wearing. At no time did sheapologize for her rudeness. in fac,t she stated she was nice to the guy behind me because he was a regular. I would think aperson would be nice to everyone so they will return. Her attitude towards me was unacceptable and completely unprofessional. Idon't see myself visiting that Subway again. should I be in that area again, I will be taking my business to the Subway inHicksville. Read more
