This is a chain. It is our favorite. We eat here at least twice a week. They have a good variety of foods.
I'm normally not one to write a bad review especially for this Culver's since I am a past employee and loved the job... but the... last few times I have gone through I have had issues with my orders. I was in a hurry on my lunch break today so I orderedchicken tenders... and they were cold in the middle to the point where I could feel it before taking a bite. I didn't have timeto go back but I know that it's simple to do the fryer position and they weren't in a rush. Hopefully the employee is newer andjust picked up the wrong basket but the person boxing them should've noticed. The last mistakes were no condiments, missing fry,wrong condiments, and forgetting custard. I think I will have to say that I'm disappointed in the lunch staff. Take a breath andmake sure the food you're giving out is edible, quality should be even more important than your time and it seems they wouldrather put out a fast product than a quality one lately. I normally don't have any issues with food quality and if there are any, they're very minimal and not worth fussing over. This... visit was not the case. I ordered the deluxe combo - single with fries and an order of pretzel bites with cheese. They gave me adouble cheeseburger, no toppings that come with the sandwich (lettuce, tomato, mayo, onion), the fries were no where near cookedenough, they were soggy and very potato-y(if that makes sense), and the cheese that came with the pretzel bites was halfwayfrozen and cold. Ew. Pretty disappointed especially since I only get a 30 min lunch break and usually Culver's makes their foodfresh, which is why I didn't mind waiting for my food to be ready. I couldn't go anywhere else because I used up all my timethere for cold, uncooked food. :( Read more
This location needs cleaned up. It wasn't busy when we arrived. Took over 20 minutes to get our food, which I'm okay with. But I... really expect my fries/onion rings to at least be warm. Our sandwich was hot though. Way to many children working there withzero work ethic. The condiment section desperately needs attention. Change out that nasty runny mustard! Highly doubt we'll beback to this location. Read more
