Ordered online, was sitting outside when the app said it was done but got a call it's being canceled because of staffing.... Wouldn't have been such an issue but was at the pick up window ready when I got the call. Why not cancel 15 mins earlier whenyou got the order? Read more

Ordered a pizza through online and now they are telling me it need 45 minutes. Horrible!
I just left the Dominoes in Bettendorf, Iowa and I?m disgusted. The head manager type gentleman, if I can call him that refused... to answer the phone as I heard it ringing so I walked in and asked are you guys not answering the phone because your closed, yet the internet says 2 a.m. Before I could get an answer the employee in back starts yelling the lobby is closed , I said okay I?min the middle of a conversation with someone else why are you talking to me. He proceeds to tell me I?m trespassing and I needto leave he is refusing me service because I?m yelling. I was not yelling nor having an issue with the gentleman that was takingmy order. Bottom line? he yells at his coworkers regularly, he has a clear emotional issue and someone is going to have anescalation with this man. Be warned and he seems very volatile. This review is for customer service of Domino?s, not this particular store. My son orders pizza from this store all the time,... usually 5 star service. Today we were 2 drinks short. I am sure the store would have taken care of the in a great way.Unfortunately due to the shortage everyone is having they are not taking orders on line which means no one is answering theirphone. We have called customer service, but the wait time is horrible. They need to come up with a better way to handle this.It?s causing them to lose important customer service. Read more
Just placed a order for delivery, one of the pizza got a corner bitten off. Told the delivery guy, he took it back, and came... back with the same pizza. Call the store, the manager said it was the batch. Horrible service. Horrible management. Read more
