Unfortunately this is what my Big Mac meal looks like. Tried to call but line busy and no receipt was given to me
It got one star because i didnt have a negative star rating which it should be getting, i went there at 10:37pm , a truck in... front of me by about a minute , an there was a car behind me , when i went ti order i was told sorry there closed ,so i figuredthe guy in front of me got lucky , i dove off then realised the time , but went up an got an the road an went back by on my wayback to work an i noticed the car that was behind me was in line to pay for there order, no i did go back an i wont go backthere, an those socalled workers think they deserve $15 an hour ,first they need to know there job an know when they close annot send customers away befor they close ( i could of undersood if it was like rite befor closing but not almost a half hour ) Read more
Ugh, don't know what their problem is but, I waited at one of the drive thru menu boards for five minutes. Another car pulled up... to the other board and was greeted right away... then another car was able to give their order. Finally, it was my turn...nevermind. Won't be back. Read more
Had a Mobile Order... went to pick it up through drive-thru.. they asked me to pull around to Spot 1... i waited, i waited....... saw about 5 cars go through... waited... I called the store, and told them I was outside in Spot 1 waiting for my Mobile Order,that I've been waiting awhile, and that I didn't know if they forgot about me... and what looks like the Manager, and olderblonde woman with her hair back came out and didn't say sorry... I looked at the order and it was the wrong order... I wentthrough the drive thru and I told them that I was given the wrong order.... and then I saw them take that wrong order and throwit in the trash...didn't offer me anything for all of this trouble.. They handed me my order and then they forgot part of theorder... Finally got my order. Ummm... had no idea y'all had happy hour. The Mr stopped in to grab a coffee quick and suprised me with fries when he came back... to the vehicle. Lol it's been years since I've had this fast food. Very fast drive-through service. All cars alternated into one single lane after ordering at two lane drive-up. Fast, friendly... payment window, drive then to food delivery window for yum lunch with a smile. Consistent quality from McDonalds. Read more
So tonight when we got home we discovered our two happy meals were missing there toys! Ohh no a 3yr old and 6yr old were like... WHAT LOL.... So I called to see if I could just come pick up the toys and Jamie ( I believe a supervisor) was so apologeticespecially cause what a let down for the kids!!! She more then made up for it!!!
