The drive through sucks. It's a daily struggle to get a meal without waiting forever, the waiting time is typically around 15/20... minutes even if there are only 2 cars in the drive through. I'd never go there if it wasn't for my special needs child. Read more
If the staff is on point it's usually quick and easy, just use the mobile app it does save time. Lately they have messed up 3... orders in a row, they usually forget something that I really want . Its better to just go in the restaurant than to wait in the massive line buildup while also there being a tiny parking lot that... at most holds around 30 cars which most are already being used by other cars. Keep in mind this is my FIRST time at this McDonalds. I went through the drive through and got my food perfectly fine. I pulled... into the parking lot to eat my food because I had time. As I?m leaving a cop is pulling in and he turns around and pulls meover. He tells me that a week ago the manager had talked to me and that I was banned from that location, it was my first time atthat location. Come to find out, the manager was apparently yelling at me and my friends from the restaurant while we weresitting in my car on the other side of the parking lot. We never heard anything he said and never even noticed them. Thedescriptions of the people that were banned were three white males, and I was the only white person in my car. I ended up with aone year ban and the cop joked with me about going to any of the other 20 McDonald?s in the area. Supposedly there was a carthat blew an air horn through the drive through mic, I don?t own or have ever owned an air horn. If I could rate this 0 stars Iwould. Read more
This McDonald's have been going downhill, the management is the best, drive take over 5 minutes, it us be under 2 minutes. My... last 5 expriences with them was unpleasant. Always have some issues with my order. This will be my visit to this store, asthe bacon double only half of a strip of bacon on it. Read more
Drive up had a huge line so my friend went in. He said it would be faster. Everyone in line got their food before my friend... came out which was 20 minutes. He said they had double people at the windows. The drive thru is actually faster than going in. Read more
