Good atmosphere. Good pizza, however food took to long to get ready (almost 1h) and waitress seemed to be avoiding us ?! Also,... we got the wrong value in the check and had to call the manager to fix it for us. Maybe we weren’t lucky , but definitely nota good experience. Read more
I used to love this place. Then went there on October 9th 2022. What happened? Your garlic bread wasn't even bread or garlic.... It was some weird awful cracker tasting butter cut into 8 little parts. The pizza was as good as little ceasers and that is atleast cheap. Barely any tomato sauce or cheese, small crust and a green onion when I ordered green onions and tomatos. Thewaiter acted like I was a nuscince and some teen took my drink before I was done and wanted more. What happened to this place?It does cost more than it's worth. Read more
???? My dad got a pizza called the Chicago 7 with a hand tossed ale crust and he says it is 5 out of 5 stars. ? I enjoyed a... cocktail called the "Hail Bloody Mary" which featured multiple garnishes. ???????????? Despite being short staffed, they haveamazing customer service and from most seats in the house you can watch multiple sports games. The restaurant seems to attract afun, lively, family-friendly crowd as well. It was easy to hold a conversation without necessarily being overheard by othertables. Read more
Not what it used to be. We ordered a couple of pizzas to be delivered, they were extremely stingy on the toppings including the... cheese. Taste was just ok, nothing special. Definitely not worth the expensive price. Read more
Pizza over pricex and not that good. Definitely gone down hill from what it used to be before the pandemic. Don't think... we'll be back . The waitress was nice but food ???? looked great wished it tasted great and sad you can go to a gas stationand get better pizza. Read more
Not the Old Chicago I once knew. Our table wasn’t clean. Our server was nice, kind but slow. We never got any refills…... really?!! (Side note: why were our drinks served in styrofoam? ) My chicken broccoli alfredo was served COLD!!! And when webrought this to the attention of our server, he did agree to return to kitchen to heat up. When he brought back to table (a fewminutes later…) he said they ‘remade’ for me. (???) It was barely warm and my husband said it looked liked they justtossed into a new dish. (I’m blind so I wouldn’t have noticed, but it was definitely NOT a fresh dish and NOT hot!!!) Therewas a large party close by, so I was doing my best to be understanding and accommodating… but, honestly, all I was asking forwas a hot meal. I would have been totally fine if they would have just microwaved my plate! But, to send back to the tablecold-ish noodles/cheese was just gross! And to tell me you REMADE it?!! Come on!!! Great lunch and customer service. Thick and thin were both good. Facility could use good cleaning, I saw a big dust bunny from... floor mats floating around the floor. Cobwebs, dust, (maybe a deep cleaning). Easy to get to and the parking isn’t to bad. Read more
We visited during lunch hours and there was ample seating available. The restaurant was very clean and in good order. Our server... was very nice and friendly. Service was prompt. They offer a kids menu and the regular menu has much more to offer than justpizza. The pizza was perfect. We had heard that OC had great cheese curds but this location didn’t have them on the menu.
