I ordered lunch on their website to be ready at 1:15pm. I get a call at 12:50 saying my order was ready, which was inconvenient... since I don't take my lunch until 1pm and knew how long it would take to get there, hence ordering it for a specific time. I gotanother call saying they don't have an order for me and asked where I placed my order, I explained I had ordered on their ownwebsite. Then at 1:12pm I get another call saying my order is ready for pick up. My sushi rolls were hard to chew, and you couldtell they had been sitting there since the first time they called. I'm not sure what the point of requesting a time is if theywill just make orders when they want. I've been here in the past and it was great quality and service. I'm not sure I'll beback. Finally got to go in post pandemic after ordering take out for years. Very friendly staff and as always excellent food! She even... special orders coke zero from a single customer request. You don't really find kindness from business like that anymore. Read more

Eggrolls were good. Yakasoba was not even close. Fried rice was more like steamed rice. Vegetables were over steamed. Strange... box opening takes away from dinning room appearance. Don't think I'll be returning. Read more

I have dined at Sakura In The past and have always had good experiences, perhaps managers have changed, but it used to be a very... clean place with good service and good food. It was not the same recently. Place was very unorganized, messy, and just generallygave an uncomfortable feeling. Our server was good, but those delivering food didn?t know what table to deliver to (only 6tables in the restaurant). Food had definitely taken a step back from prior. I've been coming here pretty regularly since they opened back in 2016. Everything all around is pretty good, but I've felt that... the quality has gone down in the last couple years, mainly for their entrees from the sushi bar. Read more
