Staff is great, they can take your ideas an make an amazing coffee
I went in expecting this to be the same standard of every other Starbucks everywhere else. But this place had very low quality... staff. Very rude and lazy. The place was not busy at all when I was there but it took 20 minutes for my frapp, which was overlysweet. The lid was not on properly and there was Carmel everywhere on the cup. Aside from that, the place was in shambles. Therewas a puddle of water sitting right in front of the table with the sticks and water. No staff member took care of it for the twohours I was there working. Overall, the staff, the drinks, and the atmosphere was awful. Read more
This place has the worst customer/employee dynamics I?ve ever seen. Window closed in my face, no friendliness, and my cup was... covered in nasty caramel drizzle. This isn?t the first time this has happened, so it?s not even just one employee, it?s all ofthem. Grow up. Read more
Drinks are great and reasonably priced compared to other places. I love the white chocolate mochas.

I bought a sausage egg cheese on English muffin and cheese danish. The sandwich was good but the cheese Danish had black specks... all on the cheese. I didn't trust it at all 'cause I wasn't sure what those specks were. Decided I won't order that again atleast not from there. Otherwise the facility was clean and so was the washroom. Read more
Right after work I thought it would be a good idea to get some hot coffee for the hubby and I since it had been so cold. Got... home and noticed they felt light. Hadn't even taken a sip and they're half way full. Seriously? What's the point of ordering alarge size if all they're gunna do is charge me full price and rip me off. The nicest barista I've ever met! Service is fast and friendly, and orders are correct. Can't ask for much more than that!
