The food is usually good, but service at this location can be hit or miss.
We all know about the awesome food -- however, little is said about the actual service. So this is a shout out to the staff... that is super friendly and extremely patient with us customers. There are places I avoid because of the staff; never had toavoid a Subway because of poor quality in the staff. Sure, sometimes I've had a problem with an order, but it was usually mynot being clear as opposed to the staff not listening. Read more
I went in there today to order (2) salads to go. I first went into to use the restroom. The restroom looked like it hadn't been... Cleaned "TODAY", n I'M Guessing not Yesterday Either ! Their Was Actually a "RING" in the Toilet ! The Trash can was Full nPaper Towels on Floor n Floor looked like it hadn't been Swept or Mopped in at AT Least (2) Days ? Old Friend told me who owneda Business, "If the Restroom is Dirty, the Rest of the Place is Dirty" ! He Told me this when I was in my Early 20's, I'M 69 Now! I really enjoyed standing there for quite awhile at the counter when I was the only one in line & practically the only one in... the place except for an older man who was eating inside while the young teenage girls seemed more concerned about a beepingnoise going off than taking my order. Read more
Not the best expirience. We were over charged for our small salads we were told they would charge for the sz of sandwich....they... were for kids with celiacs. They charged us footlong prices when we said "kids sandwich size" while paying we stated that thisshouldn't be a full salad price this should be a sandwich with no bread price. They to us that a salad is a saladregardless. They were absolutely half sized. Super upset about this it has never been an issue for us before. Read more
I can't praise this Subway enough me and my wife love going here because the way they make their sandwiches is very very... delicious. My wife is an incredible spinach lover and being so, when I walk in they kind of smile at me because they know thatthey better have enough spinach for me which they always do. I I was a teen parent for the Pleasant Valley girls cross-country team and worked with this Subway location to make sandwiches... almost on a weekly basis 45 girls. The employees We're very professional and patient as I learned the ins and outs of orderingthe sandwiches. They took the time to ask the questions make sure the order was done correctly and we're always willing tofigure out a way to make the process easier. They individualize each sandwich that needed it and took a Time to writeinformation on each sandwich that they made. I would highly recommend this Subway sandwich location to anybody who enjoys eatinga good Subway sandwich. Read more
