Terrible service and management! Did not receive most of my order, had to return and they wanted me to go through the drive thru... again! I have been having a rough week. Today was no exception. I decided to do a quick lunch with my 5 year old son before doing the... many things we have to do today. I have a lot weighing on my shoulders and when going through the drive through getting ready toorder I had 57 other things rushing through my mind as well. I am going to be honest I didn?t even hear what he said when hecreated me over the intercom but out of habit I just said ?hi can you hold on one second?. Again not focusing he replied and Isaid ?what? so he repeated ?ya no problem that will be 30 dollars a second?. I sat caught off guard trying to register what hesaid and I started to smile. My silent pause must have made him think I was upset so he quickly tried to rectify the situationand said ?I?m sorry I was just joking?. I started to giggle and said ? no you?re find it caught me off guard. That was reallyfunny! Sorry I have had a rough day? to which someone in the background replied ?do you wanna TACO bout it??. I want toapologize to them for the obnoxious outrageously loud ugly laugh that I belted out because I?m sure that it hurt their ears.Then I ordered my food and changed my mind last second on a dorito taco instead of a regular one. Which I almost just didn?t sayanything because I have anxiety and didn?t want to cause any issues, but they switched it no problem. When I said sorry theymade me feel better by saying it was ok no biggie. When I pulled up to the window one of the gentleman was wearing a sombreroand the other was wearing a giant taco hat. My son thought it was the absolute coolest thing he has ever seen. I normally don?tdo surveys or reviews but when I do it?s always for circumstances like this. Door Dashed $40 worth of food and half of our order is missing. The food we did receive is ice cold and also missing two drinks.... Called the store to speak to a manager and was informed it wasn?t their problem and to contact door dash. But it?s therestaurants responsibility to put the orders together. Door Dash simply picks up the order and delivers. The lack of care orunderstanding for paying customers is why I WILL NEVER order from Taco Bell again. Read more
Staff wasn't very friendly or professional. The chalupa in my combo had barely any meat and was over stuffed with lettuce most... of which was soggy. The Dorito taco shell was very broken as well. Was my first time visiting this location, don't believe Iwill return. Read more
I used to think this Taco Bell was the worst in the quad cities - my orders were never, ever right when ordered through the... drive-through. Then I discovered that if you use the app (or the website), you will always get an accurate order, no exceptionsso far. Clearly their speaker system doesn't work super great. Taco Bell has really become a sad place to dine post-pandemic. Not that it ever was a thrilling experience in the past, but... unfortunately it has become borderline irritating with the lack of staff. You're expected to key in your own orders at thekiosk now. Fine. Technology doesn't scare me, but it seems rather impersonal. I'm paying them money and they can't evenprovide a human being to place an order? The food is always "average" and I'll never go to Taco Bell for authentic Mexican. Yet, even in the realm of fast food Mexican, this chain is becoming a lousy choice for my dining dollar. Second time there the screwed up my order agian and it was a simple order. Drove all the way back from LeClaire and they had an... attitude with my wife. Very lucky I wasn't with her. I will never go back. Absolutely the worst taco bell in the area. Read more
Breakfasts are always quite good here, and so are dinners. Mistakes on orders are rare and the staff are good. 5 star for a taco... bell. Read more
